If you are trying to create a 'boundary" from the raster you can use the "raster to polygon" GP tool found in the conversions tools set->From Raster-> "Raster to Polygon" If you are trying to Clip them based on a boundary just do a "clip raster" GP tool. found in Raster->Raster Processing->"Clip Raster" Clip Raster—Data Management toolbox | Documentation Raster to Polygon—Conversion toolbox | Documentation

You can do it by turning on the labeling, and labeling dynamically with an advanced expression if it is a geodatabase feature class type. Since a geodatabase feature class has an area field that is dynamic you can label via the advanced expression. In the example provided you would would check the advanced expression box and paste the following (be sure to change the fields that are appropriate to the data) ie, [Field], [Shape_Area] also you will notice I am converting from meters square to various other units by their conversion factors Function FindLabel ( [FIELD] , [Shape_Area] ) FindLabel = [FIELD] & vbNewLine & FormatNumber(Round( [Shape_Area] * 0.00024710439,2 )) & " Sq Ac" & vbNEWLINE & FormatNumber(Round( [Shape_Area] * 3.8610216e-007,2 )) & " Sq Mi"& vbNEWLINE & FormatNumber(Round( [Shape_Area] * 0.0001,2 )) & " Sq Ha" End Function

You will have to "Define Classes of features and label each class differently." Each CLASS would be a different font and font color. Use the (SQL query) button to define each class. So below you see a snapshot of 3 different classes. Large Buildings get a Green font Small Buildings get a red font and so on. This all controlled via the SQL query button for EACH class below.

One easy solution might be add a new field lets say call it "OnOff" and then populate the table records accordingly with "Y" or "N". Now that each record has a Y or N you can in the Definition Query Tab query IN our OUT the Y or N attributes: OnOff IN ('Y') or if you prefer to turn them off use NOT OnOff IN ('Y')

You can create another column in your feature class layer that is "text" formatted, then calculate your date column into this new field. When you export it now as a table, the format you want is there.
