Stephanie Finamore ArcGIS Utility Network Management only works with ArcGIS Enterprise and ArcGIS Pro. This new Comms Network Foundation data model was built on the utility network. A previous communications data model exists for the geometric network, which is ArcMap friendly, but all new development is going into this new model and the utility network.

Hey Joe Kilzer, the latest (early preview) is attached as a Zip file to this thread. If contains a fGDB utility network which you can export to asset package. Also, at Pro 2.5 you can work with the utility network in a geodatabase for testing.

I'd like to make it easier under understand what the potential URL would be for a view/page, so i can send someone a url to that view/page. When I change the view/page name, its not reflected in the URL. It keeps the original name/ID when the widget was created.

Yup, a lot more GIS users in the telecom world are looking into better 3D viewshed and LOS tools to support wireless planning, along with inquiring about building datasets, lidar, clutter, and 3D features to support their 5G RF models. Its great to see how GIS is now being more heavily relied on in the wireless planning space.
