To make the layers expandable initially, in TOCWidget.xml I added <expandlayeritems>true</expandlayeritems> But it still does not work. Any idea you can share? Thanks.

From ESRI's response to another thread I posted, this disclaimer is from the basemap's description (on server side) and can't be customized.

Robert: I use the PrintTools in our ArcGIS Server. Did you do any customization on that tool? I still get the same error.

Due to Design Mode Problem, I used the approach in http://forums.adobe.com/thread/787529 (namely add a line of code in actionScriptProperties. Then I got several dozens of errors in the same type as: Description Resource Path Location Type The style 'backgroundColor' is only supported by type 'spark.components.BorderContainer' with the theme(s) 'spark, mobile'. After I posted my thread, I tried the approach (the same as Robert proposed), [Bindable] public var layoutList:ArrayCollection = new ArrayCollection( [{label:"A3 Landscape"}, {label:"A3 Portrait"}, {label:"A4 Landscape"}, {label:"A4 Portrait"}, {label:"Letter ANSI A Landscape"}, {label:"Letter ANSI A Portrait"}, {label:"Tabloid ANSI B Landscape"}, {label:"Tabloid ANSI B Portrait"} ] ); <s:DropDownList id="layoutTemplatesDDL" width="175" dataProvider="{layoutList}" requireSelection="true"/> But I received the error, Error executing print task: [RPC Fault faultString="Unable to complete operation." faultCode="400" faultDetail="Error executing tool.: ERROR 000800: The value is not a member of A3 Landscape | A3 Portrait | A4 Landscape | A4 Portrait | Letter ANSI A Landscape | Letter ANSI A Portrait | Tabloid ANSI B Landscape | Tabloid ANSI B Portrait | MAP_ONLY. In V3, I want to get rid of some items in the PrintWidget layout dropdown list. However, all of these items are defined in the server-side Geoprocessing Print Tool. Is there a way to filter out some of the items? Thanks.

I have tried to publish a map service for raster data. My co-worker created a file-GDB rater catalog that contains more than 100 raster images. My processing procedure is below: 1) Create a mxd and load the Raster catalog file. 2) Publish it as service. It went through the Analyze. 3) After I clicked Publish button, it took about 3 hours to copy the data to the server and creation of the Service Definition (folder size: 24 GB). 4) The, received the error message (see the image). I could view the GP Results actually. Please provide your advice if you know. Thanks.
