In working on a FB 3.6 project's widget (DrawWidget), I got the 3 errors that related to private var fr:FileReference; Description Resource Path Location Type 1061: Call to a possibly undefined method load through a reference with static type flash.net:FileReference. DrawWidget.mxml /Preston_WV/src/com/esri/solutions/flexviewer/widgets line 809 Flex Problem 1061: Call to a possibly undefined method save through a reference with static type flash.net:FileReference. DrawWidget.mxml /Preston_WV/src/com/esri/solutions/flexviewer/widgets line 1124 Flex Problem 1119: Access of possibly undefined property data through a reference with static type flash.net:FileReference. DrawWidget.mxml /Preston_WV/src/com/esri/solutions/flexviewer/widgets line 825 Flex Problem I got this problem about 3 years ago, but I forgot how to fix it. I got to compile a V1.3 project (loaded in FB 4.6, SDK: 3.5B) and received two types (1017 and 1046) errors: Description Resource Path Location Type 1017: The definition of base class Object was not found. IBaseWidget.as /PrestonCountyGIS/src/com/esri/solutions/flexviewer line 1 Flex Problem 1046: Type was not found or was not a compile-time constant: [flash.display]::IBitmapDrawable. PrestonCountyGIS Unknown Flex Problem 1046: Type was not found or was not a compile-time constant: [flash.events]::IEventDispatcher. PrestonCountyGIS Unknown Flex Problem 1046: Type was not found or was not a compile-time constant: Array. In loading a project developed by a previous programmer, I received such a type of error. Description Resource Path Location Type component SimpleMarkerSymbol is defined more than once in this namespace. Remove the mapping to com.esri.ags.symbol:SimpleMarkerSymbol or com.esri.ags.symbols:SimpleMarkerSymbol Then I serached com.esri.ags.symbols:SimpleMarkerSymbol but did not find anything in the project. How can I eliminate this error? Thanks.
