It is a Subscriber Content, i.e. you need an organizational account to access the data. You seem to have that too. Try this out. 1. Close all ArcGIS Applications. 2. Restart ArcGIS Pro.  3. Add the Global Land Cover from ArcGIS Living Atlas. 4. Add your area of interest, if any. Else zoom-in to an area of larger scale. 5. ArcGIS for Personal Use includes "Installation Support". The best way is to contact Esri Technical Support to guide you through the entire installation process. Meanwhile, you must have received an Order Fulfillment Confirmation email from Esri , consisting of the URL of your fulfillment page in My Esri (similar to https://my.esri.com/#/fulfillment/1234567890). Go to the link and login using the given Esri account. Software can be downloaded from MyEsri > My Downloads > Choose the appropriate product (ArcMap/ ArcGIS Pro).
