Could you share the screenshot of the layer properties (Extent, Spatial Reference) of a vector and a Raster layer? The issue could be related to a wrongly defined spatial reference. Ideally, which country should the data be overlaying upon?

True. Could you add an integer field, and define the code and description for the subtype. Then use Calculate Field to define appropriate codes based on the TEXT field.

- One way would be to save the layer (with categorized symbology) as a layer file. And add the layer file instead of the Feature Class from the Geodatabase. - Another option that could work out is the creation of subtypes.

You cannot create feature datasets within another feature datasets. You need to create multiple Geodatabases, each containing multiple datasets. These datasets can contain multiple feature classes within them. You need to manage it using the following breakup based on your business requirement. Geodatabase > Feature Dataset > Feature Class

I think the data type of your "Date" Field isn't DATE, but TEXT. Could you share screenshots of the various formats in which your date is defined? We need to standardize them to a single format, and then sort.

That doesn't make sense. Also a mosaic dataset should have a predefined number of bands. Do the MS and PAN data have same area of interest?
