Donald, you need to make sure that the featurelayer is actually visible on the map or it wont show in your legend. Some layers are configured to not show on a certain scale and once you zoom in/ out they start to show. Are you able to post a link to the layer that won't show? Tim

Hey everybody, I was wondering if there is a way to test a javascript mobile app. To test a desktop app I use JSFiddle, which is create to get an idea of the look and feel of a desktop app. Is there anywhere, where I can post my mobile code and test it on my phone, to see how it looks? Any help would be appreciated! Tim

I think the answers will depend on how your county/city is structured. I maintain the address/street/city/landmark/esn files for the whole county. Within my county there are 11 PSAP's (Sheriff/Cities), I update all their mapping positions. Our county has around 550k residence.

Yes, since you have a license, you should get an organizational account for free plus I think it is 200credits. You could use those credits to geocode 5000addresses.. If you need more, you would have to purchase credits.

To geocode, using the ESRI service, you will need an ArcGIS Online organizational account. Once you have that, you can follow these steps to geocode your addresses. But you will have to use your credits to do so. If you have your own address locator, you can geocode for free, see here. I hope this answers your question!

I was thinking about the same thing and ended up using a "right click menu" to delete graphics. See here: Advanced Draw - JSFiddle Hope this helps!

I dont think this is possible at the moment. You could add a text "layer" as outlined here Adding labels to ArcGIS Online web maps: Part 1 | ArcGIS Blog

Ryan, I wish I could help you, but I don't see the error. It might be good to start a new thread, since it got a little busy here Tim

I don't think I understand what you want to accomplish. Do you want to zoom to a feature when the user clicks on it?
