Hi, Since this previous idea has been implemented (Add "Save As SD" to overwrite an existing service - Overwrite Web Layer), we're looking for more consistency between our different ArcGIS Enterprise environments (dev - staging - prod). We would like to be able to keep the same Portal item id no matter the destination Portal. We think a pre-generated list of item ids should be added to the .sd file so the values would be sent to the portal for the different types of services (ex : Feature Services, Map Image Services, OCG Services, etc... everything with an item id). This way, we would have the same item id between environments. Another way of doing this would be to improve the ArcGIS API for Python's Server.publish_sd function. The 2.4.0 version already allows us to set an item_id for the main type of service but not for related capabilities (ex : WMS, etc.). Maybe a dictionary of service_type:item_id could be the new parameter type? Another option would be to add a way to modify a portal item id. But we would have to alter portal items once the have been published... Thank you!

According to what I know, it could be a CORS issue. We had to add an entry for "allowProxyHosts" to make the portal act as a proxy : Restrict the portal's proxy capability—Portal for ArcGIS | Documentation for ArcGIS Enterprise. If it doesn't work after that, check if there is still a issue with CORS with F12 in the browser. If so, you'll need to ask the service's organization to add an entry for your domain in their CORS settings.

Hello, We had to add this domain to "allowedProxyHosts" to make this work : arcgis-prd-survey123-use1-reports.s3.us-east-1.amazonaws.com An enhancement request has been made to add this domain to the documentation : ENH-000158092 In fact, this is the only domain required to make things work with our on-premise ArcGIS Enterprise. It allows report generation when the option to "Save to my ArcGIS account" is enabled.

I keep having the following error when trying to create a webhook on the Survey Feature Service : "Error: Feature Service must have Editing and Change Tracking enabled without Sync". I think, by design, it's impossible to create a webhook on a Survey feature service because Portal doesn't seem to allow enabling Tracking changes for Survey's Feature Services. Suppose we create an internal ExB application in which we would like to start a power automate flow when someone modify a value of a field (ex : a status - Submitted, Working, Done) and send an email when the status is Done. Is there a way to do this? The only thing we were able to do is use a Survey123 webhook with Send Edits enabled with a custom connector. But people need to be part of a shared update group and edit the form in Survey Web. Only editing in the form activates the Webhook, not in the datagrid. We think this solution requires too much permissions (member of a shared update group) and is not as convenient as using an Hosted Feature Layer View in a map or in an ExB application.

Hi @KevinHibma, So I understand that it is currently impossible with ArcGIS Enteprise 11.1 to use the "When a record is updated in a feature layer" trigger of the ArcGIS Enterprise Connector and then fetch for updates with the "Fetch updates, changes, or deletions from feature layer" action when using Survey123?
