I have Survey123 connect version 1.10.43 and i am trying to upgrade it to a more recent version. Every time I try to update it with a new version the upgrade runs fine but when I try to open the updated version I get the following error message: "The program can't start because api-ms-win-crt-runtime-l1-0.dll is missing from your computer. Try re-installing the program to fix this problem." Anyone know why I keep getting this?

I have a story map which has a Three-panel layout selected. It contains some links to other story maps just below the header. When I change the layout to the New Side-panel layout the links disappear and cannot be located on the map. Anyone know why this is happening

I am writing a python script which deletes a file if it is present in a particular folder. I want to be able to check if the file exists first, and if it exists I want to delete the file but if it doesn't exist I want to do nothing. Anyone any ideas on this.

I have created a model which outputs shapefiles. I have a script which I have added to the model. The script deletes old files previously created. I want the script to run first in the model but as it isn't a variable i can't set it as a parameter to decide the order it runs in. anyone know how I can run the script first before the rest of the model.

I have a model builder which creates shapefiles. I have written some script which deletes the created shapefiles, for house keeping purposes, and have added it to the model. My problem is that the script runs at the end of the model but i want to run it at the start of the model. Anyone know how I could automate the script to run first before the model?

I have created a Feature layer and I want to do a SQL select on the feature layer. To accomplish this I have converted the feature layer to a table using the Create Table tool. Now I am attempting to carry out a SQL select on that table using the Table Select tool. The problem is that when I go to build the SQL expression, the fields contain no values and are blank, yet in the feature layer the fields contain values.
