No more need for the Virtual Earth Token page.     * Bing Maps 'environment' property has been removed since Microsoft no longer will support a staging environment.     * All events are now in the Events package. This affected AttributeInspectorEvent, FlareMouseEvent, InfoPlacementEvent, TemplatePickerEvent and VEGeocodeEvent.     * Navigation has been sparkified and can now be skinned.
