Upon taking a closer look at your workflow, why don't you suggest all the 3 editors to delete and recreate their versions after reconcile/post with the Admin version is done. That is also a recommended workflow to recreate your versions from time to time. You can automate this as a script as well if needed, to be executed at the desired day/time.

This will take care of the errors for now, however if this is a regular/frequent observation, I would suggest looking into your workflow once more. Maybe discussing with ESRI Tech-Support will give you a better idea. Also is all the editing done using ArcGIS applications? Or 3rd Party Applications are used to edit\update the data as well?

So as the output indicates, there are duplicate entries present in the geodatabase which needs to be taken care off. Now take a full database backup and then run the "sdegdrepair -o repair_tables" command to remove these duplicate records. Make sure that nobody is connected to the geodatabase and working on it when you execute this command.

Run the "sdegdbrepair -o daignose_table" and report the output here. it may provide a better insight. Just a small note: The suggestion by Jake will apply for ArcGIS Desktop as well. You can install Desktop 10.2.2 w/o uninstalling Desktop 10.2.

To add to what Vince mentioned above, ESRI *does not restrict\prevent* customers from connecting to a SQL Server 2005 geodatabase. ESRI does not support connections from Desktop 10.1 and later releases, to a SQL Server 2005 geodatabase. Thus even though you will be able to connect just fine, you may encounter inconsistencies down the line. When looking for documentation regarding compatibility and System requirements, I believe the below links should always be preferred.. System Requirements (10.1) System Requirements (10.2.x) The supported database versions are very clearly mentioned at the beginning of these links.
