Hello @Anonymous User, the login information in the options tab seems fine: But in the Chat in the initial post the information about is still present, and any click to Sign in leads to the error: But the rest - as search requests works fine. Maybe the additional attempts to Sign In could throw a message "You are signed up already." and not the error. Vladimir

@OscarMonell do you have access to this page? https://appsource.microsoft.com/cs-cz/product/office/wa200002859?tab=overview What term do you search for in the Teams? Don´t search for ArcGIS for Teams, but ArcGIS Maps. I don´t know how in Sweden, but in the Czech Republic, I see the app since morning, so I think you should see this on your side too. I will check it with our IT, and let you know if they respond to me.

Hello @OscarMonell , as far as I know, yes, if you don´t see ArcGIS Maps among other MS Teams apps, it´s possible that your Office 365 manager has setup just a selection of apps which user´s can install. So ask your Office 365 manager/IT to enable the other apps, respectively ArcGIS Maps to your client´s Teams app. Hope this helps. Vladimir

Hello, has anyone problem with login to AGOL in Teams? I have entered the username and password and check "Stay logged"/"Don´t logout" (sorry don´t know the exact English sentence, I am using Czech version). The Teams Maps returned error - see the picture below: Any further login attempt ending with the error: Sorry, an unexpected error occurred. If the problem continues, report the issue here. Restart of the Teams hasn´t helped. Thank you for any idea. Vladimir

Hello, the option that the password created by admin will be firm not temporary would be great! What maybe helps you now as a workaround, is the password reset after the user was created - something like that: create user account, and then. account = gis.User("DemoAcc") account = gis.users.get("DemoAcc") account.reset("OldPassword1","NewPassword1") But the user still needs to set the Security Question. Don´t know if the admin can set it up for the user or skip it for accounts. Vladimir

Hi , thank you very much for clarification! Just a two additional questions: 1) Is there other way how to add object to container than via context menu -> Add new to container (some sideload/batch sideload)? 2) The data seems to be different than sample data for V1 - I don´t know what I am doing wrong, but I tried the tracing workflow from the video, and there I am getting error - No valid subnetwork controllers found. Is something missing in the preview sample data or am I missing some step - I recorded my steps to attached video? Thank you. Vladimir

Hello I tried to add in ommunications Data Management for ArcGIS Enterprise 1.1 Preview the "Medium Converter: Fiber to Coax", which @Anonymous User showed in the video here: https://web.bd.esri.com/utilities/telco/Videos/CDM4AE/CDM4AE_player.html (the video is for the version 1 of the solution). In version 1.1 of the solution I search to the same place and try to add to "Contains" new the item, but I wasn´t able to find it in available devices. Is this missing there becuase it´s just preview, or what is the workflow how this object can be added? Thank you, Vladimir
