Hi, I have referred the sample http://help.arcgis.com/en/webapi/silverlight/samples/start.htm#BingRouting and developed a Bing maps routing tool on my Silverlight GIS website.. now my client wants me to also show the distance between two places whos direction is shown.. I took a look at the Routing class but failed to find anything to get the distance.. I used the �??haversine�?? formula, but it does not give me the exact distance along the route.. or Can I calculate the length of the geometry/polyline drawn on the map.. Hi, I have done Linear Referencing using Make Route Event Layer and showing the desired result on map by filtering the attributes using the where clause and creating a featurelayer and adding it to the map Now when I query the road Road Start_km = 1, End_km = 10 (Attributes) StartKM = 1, endKM = 7 WorkID = 1 StartKM = 5, endKM = 10 WorkD = 2 Here as you see the  chainage 5 to 7 is an overlap My requirement is such that I want to highlight the overlapped portion that contains both the work ID(i.e 5 to 7) When I query my route event layer it shows workid from 1 to 7 and the workid 2 from 7 to 10.. HI, I am using the intersect service from the ArcGIS Geometry service. referring  :  http://help.arcgis.com/en/webapi/silverlight/samples/start.htm#Intersect I have modified it to make it work with polylines it works fine to intersect a polyline with a polygon but does not return anything when I try intersecting a polyline with a polyline Please guide I am stuck here... ... HI, I have downloaded a sample from http://help.arcgis.com/en/webapi/silverlight/samples/start.htm#Cut interactive sample and it worked fine, but when I replaced the layers with my code it does not work effectively , it throws me an error ""The remote server returned an error: NotFound."".. Hi, I want to upgrade my ArcGIS Silverlight project from version 2.1(Silverlight 4) to 3.0(Silverlight 5), but when I installed the API it threw me lots of error when I tried opening my project (for example Scalebar gave me an error) How do I upgrade my project do I need to Change the code also or is there a converter to do it.. HI, I have created cache(fusion layers) for my services by right clicking on the mapservice in arc-catalog and clicking create cache It works fine in my application but the problem is after viewing the cache when do map full extent the cache is still visible when it had to hide since I have set zoom visibility Please guide me as to how I can keep the map cache visibility off when it is out of the zoom visibility Regards Santosh V ...
