@SaraHedrick1 You should find the last updated date on the back of each card. there is a button to flip the card around Note that if you have cross filters enabled then the data on the shared report can be part Live and part static. e.g. A bar chart will be live but the card Calculate density might be static. This means every time you reload the browser you will see the updated date on the live dataset but the older date on static ones. The scheduled refresh will update the entire analysis so all the datasets will be updated at this time. If you really want to display the last updated date you can use the hack below: Open the data table on your dataset Create a new field with the formula `TRIM(NOW())`: this should create a new date column as a string. Name the column Last updated, Hide the header bar This will show count expand the column width that the count is not visible Optionally you can remove the card background to blend the card in with other cards Go to the report designer make the card even smaller and hide the bottom section with another card as such: Now this date should only update when the scheduled refresh happens. Hope that helps.

Hi @SaraHedrick1 , I would like to know what environment you are using. Enterprise/AGOL/ Desktop What Enterprise what version, and also what version of Insights or Insights desktop? I would note down the source of all datasets. e.g. Database, hosted FS, Remote FS/ Living atlas layer etc. What method are you using for packaging if using Insights desktop Reference/Copy all data? Let us know, Thanks

@CalebK I have tested this and I could reproduce this issue. I have logged this and asked our dev to look. We will try to get this fixed in the next release. I am sorry for the inconvenience this may have caused you. Unfortunately, that means, you will not be able to take advantage of the new report designer and some of the functionality it offers such as resizing or removing the cards for certain layouts. Most of the styling functionality is available on the workbook page, I will recommend using that instead. If you were to remove certain cards or have a different layout you can duplicate the page and re/publish without going through report desinger.

@CalebK This sounds like a new issue, I will test this and log it if necessary. Thanks for bringing this to our attention. Any further information such as the following will be of a lot of help in narrowing this down. Deployment: (Enterprise/Online) A version of ArcGIS Enterprise and Insights (if Enterprise) What type of layout are you using to publish? (Desktop/Tablet/Phone) Let me know

@RamaRaomalisetti I am not very sure what other layer properties the layer has or if there was an issue that was fixed at a later point. I would recommend you create a support ticket. There could be a few other reasons that I can think of that may cause this Check this https://doc.arcgis.com/en/insights/latest/administer/troubleshoot-map-image-layer.htm I will also recommend you update to a newer version though you will need to upgrade ArcGIS Enterprise as well. https://doc.arcgis.com/en/insights/latest/administer/enterprise-compatibility.htm

I see what you mean. Currently, the report designer functionality is only available for the editors of the workbook. You can download the report here and share it separately. Unfortunately, the report designer functionality is not at a stage where the viewer of the report can download the report. We have noted this enhancement and is under consideration. Printing through browsers has limitations and not all the graphics come through which is why we built a report designer with a module that can render the app's graphics properly. If you still wish to use this the way you are doing now. I would recommend keeping the colours simple, card background white and paying extra attention to margins. Here is a link to another post where this was requested. I had commented a workaround: https://community.esri.com/t5/arcgis-insights-questions/ability-to-allow-viewers-to-print-report/m-p/1314666/highlight/true#M1406a Hope that helps.

Hi @RamaRaomalisetti, Thanks for your question. Please let me know what operation in ArcGIS Insights is producing this error. Also, send me the steps of your workflow so I understand a little better. What version of ArcGIS Insights are you using? and the URL ends in /mapserver/<#> ? As far as I know, this should work. I tried this in the current release and it works as expected. We added the support for the map services at a later point so it is possible you are using an older version of ArcGIS Insights since you are using Enterprise 10.8.

What deployment (enterprise/desktop/online) & version of ArcGIS Insights are you using? Have you had a chance to use the report designer that was introduced in 2023.1? If you are using ArcGIS Insights in online you should already have access to that using this button.

@AndrewKinlock If you would like to use ISNULL or ISNOTNULL you can choose to do something like IF(ISNULL(<Field>), "Text",<Field>). ISNULL(FIELD) will return "True" Or "False" for the sake of the IF function or 0/1 without it. It makes sense to create a new Calc field in the analysis if you would like to support scheduled refresh. The Data Engineering is not yet at a stage where it can be scheduled to refresh. Though will be under consideration if/when DE makes it to ArcGIS Enterprise. Hope that Helps

Hi @SebFischer, The temporal and predefined filter on the page is specific to the dataset that you choose. It doesn't trigger analytical operations such as Spatial aggregation and spatial filters that are created using this dataset. Spatial Aggregation is a new result dataset in your data pane. Depending on your data and what you want to achieve, instead of spatially aggregating, you can join these datasets either using Spatial or Attribute join. This way you can retain all the columns from both sides. Then, use this dataset to create visualizations and a temporal filter on the page. Let me know if that helps. Feel free to ask any follow-up questions.

@Jennifer_Parmeley Thanks for your question. What you are asking isn't currently possible with the KPI card. However, there are other ways you can design the experience if that is suitable for you. In 2023.1, we have added a capability to turn on labelling on the map. Please see if this helps Show labels. Or you can choose to use a summary table/Reference table card on the side and turn on cross-filtering on it so that clicking on the map will show the Name of the county and its count. Hope that helps!

Hi @Eric_Castonguay, Thanks for submitting the idea. I believe you are talking about the predefined filters. I think we are looking into updating this experience. I understand sometimes you have to start from a larger dataset and then filter it down but if you have an option then I circumvent this by creating groups in the pre-defined filters or having a card created to use as a reference card to cross-filter other cards. Which could be faster for your user. It definitely is frustrating to wait every time for the filter to update. Again we are looking into improving this experience by either having a button to apply the filter or adding some kind of delay. Thanks, Akshay Harshe

Hi @Rob_Hughes_32Alpha @PaulCone2 , Just want to add to what @Ian_Muehlenhaus was saying. You can create a workbook on the ArcGIS Insights desktop, go to the home page and share it with your primary organization. This works like a one-way sync rather than like M365. Meaning, that you can publish your changes in the desktop app and replace your workbook copy in your primary ArcGIS Enterprise/Online connection. The idea here is to utilize Insights Desktop as an offline workstation with all your CPU power and share the outcome rather than a synced workbook. Having a sync option is rather difficult as you may or may not have the same data/connections available in the connected organisations. Especially if you are connecting to databases on your desktop and sharing the workbook with your ArcGIS Online (where database connections are not available). Check Share a Workbook for more info and see if this gives you something that you were looking for. Thanks, Akshay
