Hi Jonathan, This is interesting. Insights defer to the portal's sharing model to manage tokens. I tried intercepting the network traffic and found the following layers asking for tokens. https://services6.arcgis.com/1nr1FSi7qoFduqRA/arcgis/rest/services/climate_change_energy_ratings/FeatureServer/0?f=json https://services6.arcgis.com/1nr1FSi7qoFduqRA/arcgis/rest/services/Transport_Carbon_Calculations_V1_JM/FeatureServer/0?f=json https://services6.arcgis.com/1nr1FSi7qoFduqRA/arcgis/rest/services/private_hire_licences_1/FeatureServer/0?f=json Do the datasets used in the 3 KPI cards are either joined/enabled locations or using calculated fields? And do these KPI's have cross filter enabled on the workbook? If the KPI cards are using joins (referencing any of the layers above) then all the source datasets that are involved in the join also need to at the same or higher level of sharing than the Page. One quick way to find out what layers a card is using is to click the card in your workbook and see the blue tags right at the beginning of the dataset in the data pane. Let me know if that is not the case, we can further try to troubleshoot or have you get a support case created.

Hi @JacobFischer, Are you still facing this issue? Unfortunately, I am not able to access the GDB Dashboard 1/2. I am also guessing you are using the ArcGIS Online version of Insights for your dashboards. I saw your screenshots and Are you doing any joins, locate or spatial operations? Is it possible for you to share a sample dataset and reproducible steps? I understand you are uploading a zipped GDB but would like to know what else you are doing other than creating a Predefined filter and Timeseries chart. Thanks, Akshay

Hi Edward, Are you still experiencing this issue? I am guessing your were enabling location by addresses.. Have you tried a newer version of insights (2.3)? Also in 3.0 it should work. Note that this will consume credits for geocoding.

Good to know that it worked . Just FYI, If you are working with Custom SR layers you will need to install additional patches on Insights 2.3 and 10.6 Enterprise. https://support.esri.com/en/download/7612 (and related patches)

Hi Simon, Did you just install 10.6? If you did have you installed the patch https://support.esri.com/en/download/7581 ? If that is not the problem then are your layers in custom spatial reference? Thanks, Akshay

Hi Todd, Please make sure you can create a service in portal. If you do not see the option of Feature Layer then insights will not be able to load data. If that is not available then check your federation and datastore is configured correctly. Also, check to see if your server and datastore service is running. If none of the above then check if your portal machine can access server and datastore or there aren't any limitations interconnecting the architecture you have in place. If not then you are welcome to create a case with esri support. Looking at the details in your description we may even be looking at a bug somewhere in datastore. Thanks, Akshay

I am not sure if you have figured this out but you should be able to send username and password before the request is send to the server. But in my opinion that is not the best way to do since your credentials are exposed.

Hi Tracy Schloss That is weird. I tested this and I can see the issue. But are you sure that if the address is correct? because I tried searching on Google and Bing Maps and none of them were able to find it. It is weird that Google also gives the same suggestions but does not show that on the map. Is the address you are searching for is a recently developed property or a place? If that is the case then it may not show on the map as the data behind may not be correct. Also, this may be determined by how the suggestions work and they might be picking up the data you have typed and the closest match that FindAddressCandidate can find. You can make another Test: On that same sample Zoom out of the map so that you are on world level. Search the Address "102 Westwood Blvd, Fulton, MO" DO NOT select the suggestion INSTEAD hit enter or search button. You will see that the geocoder will not be able to find this address and instead will go to the Fulton, Mo City. If you remove the "102" and hit enter, it will work. Another reason why there is a difference between selecting suggestions and pressing enter is the MagicKey. The magicKey is a unique key that is associated with every suggestion address. While the actual FindAddressCandidates only returns the highest scoring candidates. Let me know what you think. Thanks, Akshay

Hi Tracy Schloss, I am not sure if you are talking about World Geocoder service or a search within feature layer. If you are searching in World Geocoder and trying to input an address, it will give you suggestions in the dropdown box. If you choose one of those suggestions which looks correct and goes to an inaccurate place then there might be something wrong with Either Suggest Task or FindAddressCandidates Task. There are several network requests that is made for Suggestions to show (depending on the number of suggestion) and the FindAddressCandidates is the one that will trigger zooming in to the location which either can be triggered by clicking one of the suggestion (Will send suggested String to this task) Or it can be triggered by pressing enter/Search button (which will send the typed text to the FindAddressCandidates). If you are clicking the suggested result and the Zoomed address is incorrect then we may have some problem. Please send the address or screenshots of the issue here. Pardon me if this is not the issue. Thanks, Akshay

Jeff, I see what you are saying. I checked out featureTable API Reference and looks like there isn't anything to control the display if the date value is null-able. There is something called dateOptions but there has to have a date to use that and format it. Let me see what I can do. Thanks, Akshay
