Unfortunately the ability to target a specific layer to deploy on top of is not yet available. It is a new capability we are exploring for a future release. In addition, picking specific parts to deploy is also another enhancement we are exploring. The quickest way to get a fresh new deployment of the solution is to deploy another version of Parks and Grounds Management. This is all assuming you haven't deleted the 'Solution' item with your other Parks and Grounds Management solutions. When you deploy a second copy of the same solution version, i.e 1.1 it will create a new folder with all new items for the the solution. You can then make your desired schema changes to those layers and load your data into the new layers. I also want to note, the location of the items in the folder has no effect on whether items will be deleted or not when you delete a solution. We don't use the folder to determine which items are associated with a given solution. @JessicaBlackwell1, so the logic in the app when you deploy is it will look for all the deployed versions of a given solution. If it finds that the same version being deployed has already been deployed in your content, it will not reuse any of the previous layers, instead it will deploy all new items.  If instead when you deploy a solution and there is only a previous version that has been deployed, it will reuse layers from the previous version as long as the layers were not modified in the new version. This is the case for Parks and Grounds Management when going from 1.0 -> 1.1. So if I understand you have 2 deployments of version 1.1 and 1 deployment of version 1.0. If you want to deploy a new copy of version 1.1 on top of the layers in your 1.0 version you have 2 options. Delete the 2 deployments of version 1.1 or transfer the 2 deployments of version 1.1 to another user. In both of these approaches the app will only see version 1.0 in your content and as a result reuse the layers from it when you deploy a new version of 1.1.   ... View more

From the Deployments page, it sounds like you have 2 deployments of Parks and Grounds Management. Could you tell me what version they are? You can see this by opening each deployment and looking at the version info. Which deployed version has the existing feature layers with data that you want to deploy the new items on top of? ... Hi @JessicaBlackwell1, within the ArcGIS Solutions app, if you go to the Deployments page, do you see your previous deployed version of the Parks and Grounds Management solution? If you open it does it say its version 1.0. Do you have multiple deployments of this solution in your content? This will only work if you have version 1.0 deployed, but have not deployed 1.1 already. ... View more

@Cplagge_Brd, the Address Data Management solution will not auto assign unit numbers, it will only assign the address number. There are fields to define the unit information, but nothing is built in to automatically apply or increment these unit numbers.  ... View more

Hi @Yeaton, we didn't originally design that web map for use in Field Maps, but I don't think there is any reason you couldn't create a copy of it for use in Field Maps. Regarding the error, it looks like the Resolution arcade expression in the pop-up is causing the issue. The expression returns null when the report does not have a status of Canceled or Completed. This is so that this section doesn't display, it appears Field Maps does not like this. When I changed the expression to return the text 'No Resolution' instead of null I not longer received the error in Field Maps.   ... View more

The categories and types are in the CSV. The notebook reads from the CSV and updates the feature layer. If you run the notebook as is, when it completes the layer will updated and you can see this in the Reporter app. I would really encourage you to run through the help steps, there are only a few and will get you up and running quickly. ... No it does not come preconfigured with request categories and types. In addition, it is not just controlled by domains. We are actually using contingent values in the feature layer. Contingent values are what give you the behavior where if you select a specific request category it limits what the valid values are for the request types. It is not currently possible to populate contingent values through the UI, however we provide a python notebook that can be run to update the contingent values on the layer. In addition, we provide a CSV file that can be downloaded and modified to include the desired combinations of categories and types. The notebook reads from this CSV to update the layer. The CSV is preconfigured with a base set of categories and types. I would recommend you follow the documentation to download the CSV and review the categories and types. Make any desired changes, save and upload it back to the item. Then you can run the notebook to apply the contingent values to the layer. ... View more

I took a look and this is occurring because the Requests layer has no templates. You should be able to go into the map viewer and edit the templates on the layer. Make sure you add one template, this will be the default template used when submitting new requests. If you have more than one template you will be presented the option to select the template as you saw before. ... View more
