It would be better to use the Education extension and tell people it is called Map Series Hundreds of thousands of current users calling them Map Series. Zero reason to change it because of a small handful of people that cannot figure it out.

We are in Enterprise with Portal. I have a dashboard associated with an application that collects site photos at our various sites. In the Dashboard I have a details panel and a list panel. When I select a location in the list it shows the attachments in the details. Go to another and it shows those attachments. However, if I select a location that has a large number of attachments and then select another location from the list the details will now display Unsupported media Even though the media in there is good. i.e. normal .jpgs and the do show up if the one with large number of images has not been used.

Yes it messes everything up. I would suggest doing it again and making sure your laptop is plugged in. If it is going to take a long I would I would also suggest disabling your computer going to sleep and or hibernating

In your tools toolbar there are two tools that look like arrows pointing in or out. If you select them you can zoom your extent in and out and it will stay centered on where you were.

it is probably a projection issue. Are you using a regional projection? Some your polygons may be out side of your projection area. Copy the date to a new database with new feature dataset that is using a world wide projection

I am confused. You wrote that you enabled 6000+ people to have administrator privilege's so they can create groups, but then you wrote the warning is misleading because they do not have administrator role. Aren't you worried about that manty people being able to make changes to your GIS

We are on an Enterprise System using Portal. What I would like to see is an option inside of a group to allow only specific users to utilize and see specific applications in the group. Example. I created an enterprise project that is being used by a number of people in my company. It involves a Web Mapping Application, a Web Map, and a Dashboard. Only two people in the group are to be using the Web Mapping Application and dozens are using the Web Map in Collector. In order to keep people from accessing the Web Mapping Application I have to create a second group and only let those two people in. It would be very good, for this and many of our other applications, if there was an option for sharing of a specific application to make it user by name only access.

Maybe it would be more helpful if the also updated the help section to reflect versions of software it was accessed from . I find it frustrating sometimes to enter help from inside Pro or Map and you find and answer and the prompts it gives you do not in anyway match the options you have in your version.

Oh great. The current platform was a huge downgrade from what we had in the world of wanting to make it more like Face Book. What we have now was so poorly thought out and published. I hope they actually listened to people this time and can make it a better resource.
