I don't see where it is limited to 300. I just did a quick test with 1800.  However, with 100,000 your going to have issues setting it up. Start your pie chart and choose your source and grouping. Mike, In the Style if you expand Custom Colors you can specify a Hex Colors If you do a Google Search for  HTML Color Codes Chart RapidTables It will take you to a site that has tables of Colors By name   There is also something called Web Safe Color Names which are a whole bunch of color names that are recognized in browsers.  They are very precise. Another option would be to create a custom attribute display, which uses Arcade. I would suggest switching to HTML pop ups instead. Go into Configure Pop Up Under Pop up contents Select A custom attribute display.  The Green Button will appear for Configure. In the Custom Attribute Display you can make some pretty slick Popups. You can also insert links for Survey123.  Example below.  The attributes are in brackets.  This is what the Pop up looks like in the browser. Hard to really give an answer without seeing the actual data and how many feature classes your talking about. What I would suggest is creating a new Feature Class that contains all the possible Attributes using the existing field names exactly as they are in the database.  you can simply select all and do a copy paste and it will paste them into the new Feature Class. They probably were working at the other zoom but they were off screen. It is quite often people on Laptops will mess with the display settings and decrease the resolution and or change the scale to 125-150%. I include now instructions on all my help documents suggesting the use of default settings.   I had one person I was trying to help for some time. Well an area with no trees to the east, south, or north is the ideal location.  What you would want to do it determine the heights of the trees then use geometry to determine the length of the shadows.  If your in the northern hemisphere the length will be greatest on December 21. However do bother trying to do analysis on how much sunlight your going to get. Just do a Google search for something like hours of usable solar hours by latitude. The number of usable hours is going to vary by your latitude. There are sites out there that will tell you the number of hours based on your location.  Where I live in Minnesota (USA) we average 4.2 hours a day.  With higher numbers in the summer and down to 1.9 in the winter.  It does not matter where in town you place it the hours will be the same.  Unless if you have LIDAR data available and 3D analyst you can work out some calculations on shadow length, but you will still need to find the angle of inclination.     ... It can be very problematic to resize it when it is this large.  If you have ArcMap available  But here is what I would do.  Find the location of the actual building and place a point at it.  Make the point not selectable.  In your MXD only have the point and the  building.  Select all elements of the building and observe where the little X is that signifies the geometric center of the selection.   Snap that center to the point feature.  Save your edits. Using the scale tool slowly shrink the size of your building.  Each increment save  your edits. When you get it small enough turn on your air photos and rotate and move the building so it matches.  ... View more

Sorry for my giggle but this is kind of funny. That is one big dang building.  Do you know the projection it was built in and what it is being displayed in?  Where did the building come  from.  I once had an issue with AutoCAD drawings where the drawer was thinking mm were feet.  So the entire drawing that represented 50 km east to west was actually quite tiny.  Resizing something that geographically large may be an issue.  Where did the original drawing come from and what did you do to bring it into the GIS   ...
