I am starting to use Forms for a Field Maps field app. I published a feature service. The 5 fields I want to participate in the form all have domains, a default value, and all fields have a value applied. Simple project to track the replacement of Telephones and Access Points at our Communication and Substation sites. There will be 1 to 4 of each at a location. When I configure the form I select the Button as the option it works as expected in Field Maps. The desire is to for the Field Worker to add the number of devices for the first question. Then the appropriate corresponding questions appear. The questions are simple Yes/No answers. The default is No However, when I add a conditional expression to the attribute the button is not visible in Field Maps Question 1 how many Access points for replacement. Default is 0 answer range is 1 to 4 If the answer is one or more it applies to the 4 questions. This is the conditional expression for the 2nd subsequent question $feature.NUMACCPTS > 1 The images below show the difference. The left side is with no expression applied. The one on the right is with a conditional expression applied. Any clue as to what I am doing wrong?

The elements that you are using to create a dashboard very likely come from a Feature Service. If you don't know what that is then you are probably not the owner of the data so you should ask them. Have them check to see if the feature service from which your chart is working off of is running. It may need to be restarted.

At this point I would suspect there may be something wrong with the data itself. Try creating a double field for each feature class and populating it with a Geometry Calculation of the X or Y Have you also tried it with a brand new MXD. Meaning, if your using an old one it could be hung up on the original projection.

I would give strong consideration to going with the Web Mercator for everything. Get everything in the same projection.

I can see the use for that, especially for education institutions or others with a lot of turn over. We have 561 accounts set up in our Portal. We only have the 5 GIS people in as Administrators. But it is easy to manage as we only need to set up new users. We use SAML authentication, when someone leaves our company they are automatically removed from Portal and their license is freed up.

Are you asking for a User Type this is an Administrator but has Role that can only handle licensing for users? I would speculate a new User Type called Administration or a new Role called Administration. If you go into your AGOL account as an Administrator and go to Organization > Settings You can set New User Defaults. I believe by default it is set to Not Set Writing as someone who is part of a large Enterprise Portal environment. And as someone who is an Admin for our Portal and AGOL environment. It would be a very bad idea to create a bunch of new Administrators, which is what I believe you are trying to avoid.

Don't have anything else for you. I really don't know much about how AGOL works, we use Portal. Did anyone switch browsers? However, you should have to log in each time you open a browser and try to connect to a dashboard. If you don't close the browser and keep tabs open you should not have to log in if you open the dashboard again.

You may need to start with an empty feature. Design your table and then add data to it. Are those fields being used for symbols and or labels as well? Is the feature participating in a Feature or Map service. You may need to stop the services that are using the feature class first.

Did any of your users status change recently. Meaning have to gone from working at home to working in the office? When we were at home we would use VPN to connect directly to our servers. If we were not on VPN we would constantly have to log in. Also, talk to your IT people. Did they make an administrative change to automatically log people out?

I would speculate it making duplicates in your database. I think we used to refer to them as Phantom rows. We were having this problem big time when I had model set up to manipulate thousands of photo attachments and export them to a enterprise drive. The fix was to set up our SDE databases to compress every night.

you may need to do a temporary calculation and make sure all entries for those fields has a value in it before you try to change it. Meaning it may not allow you to set it to not allow null unless there are no nulls.

What iOS version is your iPad? Are you able to update Field Maps to version 22.1.0 Build 690 For clarification are you saying you cannot load Field Maps on your iPad or you cannot open a web app using Field Maps on your iPad

Enterprise GIS. version 10.9.1 With the new update the Dashboard no longer show attachments in the details. It only shows it only shows a thumbnail. This layer only supports list view is the message I get in the new Map Viewer when trying to configure attachments to show. According to ESRI this is a known bug and the official response I have received says they are not going to do anything about it and it is intentional. The official work around is to host your data. What then is the purpose of spending the money for Enterprise and a Portal. Also, does that mean we have to republish the service to the hosted data store ever time a new photo is taken in the field. Essentially this makes the new map viewer, and the new dashboard useless and we are having to direct people to use classic dashboards.
