Hello @Marc_Graham , Thank you for using ArcGIS for AutoCAD! As my colleague mentioned depending upon what organization you have connected will determine what items are available but also I might for ArcGIS Enterprise it could differ with what version. I really appreciate the provided screen captures. The bottom one appears to be connected to ArcGIS Enterprise based on its name in the sidebar. Here is ArcGIS Online without signing in: Here is ArcGIS Enterprise 11.3:

I wonder if you downloaded build 430 months ago because 430.1 is the latest and only available download. ArcGIS for AutoCAD May 2024 release adds support for AutoCAD 2025 and Civil 3D 2025

Hello @aricraimundo and @MErikReedAugusta, Thanks for using ArcGIS for AutoCAD! This requested functionality should be available in the next release, 435, around December/January time frame. We also have a new live beta running that you are welcome to register for and try out. This specific functionality should be live on the beta in perhaps a month. I hope this helps and surprises!

Hello @YohanBienvenue, Any AutoCAD 2025 vertical will need to run 430.1 of ArcGIS for AutoCAD. Any previous version will not work in 2025 and above. The beta I mentioned to you earlier for ArcGIS for AutoCAD is open to the public. Anyone can browse to the Esri EarlyAdoptor site and register. That being said I can't recommend anyone using a beta for production work. The beta, as I mentioned will be ArcGIS for AutoCAD 435 and should be released sometime in December 2024 or January 2025. That being said, this user could install Civil 3D 2024 or below on the same machine and then switch back to ArcGIS for AutoCAD 420. I hope this helps.

Hello @Artimosha5, We appreciate you stopping by the ArcGIS for AutoCAD pages but unfortunately the team is not familiar with the API you are speaking of. Please check out this Esri page, map tile service. If you do not find what you need I might suggest opening an Esri Technical Support case with the SDK team. Kind regards, Dan

Hello @YohanBienvenue, I appreciate the screen capture as it is a very big help. Okay I can now confirm both of these issues are fixed in to be released version, 435, and you can test them out in the beta located on the Esri Early Adopter site I provided earlier.

Hello @YohanBienvenue, Thanks for using ArcGIS for AutoCAD! I think I know what you are speaking of when referring to the Map Layers expand all arrow, but to be absolutely certain a screen capture would really help here. However, what I think you are describing does not occur in house. As for visibility not working on Map Layer's sublayers this is a bug and will be fixed in the next release. You are welcome to test this fix out through the Esri Early Adopter program and sign up for the ArcGIS for AutoCAD 435 beta here. As for compatibility with ArcGIS Server 10.9.1 the ArcGIS Enterprise Life Cycle indicates version 10.9.1 will be retired in December 2027. I hope this helps.

Hello, Thanks for trying ArcGIS for AutoCAD! This question was actually answered here. ArcGIS for AutoCAD Online documentation also discusses the Project area and feature layers. In short the Project Area has no affect on Map or Imagery Layers. I believe you are also experiencing an issue with your web feature layer from your short description. If you need assistance with this layer please submit an Esri Technical Support case with Enterprise-Extensions. I hope this helps!

Hello @FinneganStewart, Welcome to the Esri Community! You mention the ArcGIS Connector so my first question has to be are you using Autodesk's Connector for ArcGIS available in Civil 3D and Map 3D or are you using Esri's ArcGIS for AutoCAD plug-in? If you are using ArcGIS for AutoCAD then I can tell you this plug-in does not allow a Web Map to be added to the drawing. If we take a look at this table from the GIS data > Supported GIS service properties and capabilities page we can see what type of ArcGIS layers are supported. The layers you have used to create your Web Map should be of the supported type that can be added to the drawing using ArcGIS for AutoCAD though. So, instead of adding the Web Map you would add the layers contained in the web map. Then the layers added can be used within the drawing and with the tools from Autodesk and ArcGIS for AutoCAD. I hope this helps!

Hello @stanbebop, Thanks for using ArcGIS for AutoCAD. We have indeed fixed the issue with the Esri Contents pane with the latest build, 430.1, which was released at the end of May. An email of the same went out last Friday, June 7. You can download the latest version here. 430.1 also allows ArcGIS for AutoCAD to run in AutoCAD 2025 verticals. And for the printing question please review a previous post here. I hope this helps.
