unable to sign into portal

Hi all,

I just installed the ArcGIS for AutoCAD extension, and the basics seem to be working correctly. I am unable to sign into my ArcGIS Enterprise portal though. Every time I click "sign in" nothing happens. I've clicked the sign in button from all the places I could find it but it never responds, and there's no background window that I'm missing. I can sign into the ArcGIS Online portal though.

I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling, installing to "C:\Program Files\Autodesk\ApplicationPlugins", and I tried deleting the JSON file (mentioned in another post). I'm at a loss of what else to do to get this connected. There is a GIS department at my company and I'll be reaching out to them to try and solve this problem.

I'm currently running:

Autocad Civil 3D 2022

ArcGIS for AutoCAD 410

Hello @RoshanPalikhe1,

Please provide a screen capture of the version of ArcGIS for AutoCAD you are using.

Also provide a screen capture of the Manage Portals item displaying the URL being used for your organization. You can redact the domain if you need to.

For enterprise, I have used this format, but not working.

Hello @RoshanPalikhe1,

Unfortunately, I cannot see the full URL to the ArcGIS Enterprise. Please hover over that URL and take a screen capture of the entire URL path or write the URL in as text please.

Can you also provide details of the errors and screens where your Enterprise deployment is not allowing you to sign in?

Hey @RoshanPalikhe1,

There is an unfortunate issue in the community where I cannot display the attached images. So, I am waiting for that to get fixed.

I will say your example URL ends with that forward slash. Perhaps try removing that. I do not have that slash on any of my URLs I have added.

Hello @RoshanPalikhe1,

I only see the attached image for the version of ArcGIS for AutoCAD you are using. 

I do not see any images about the error(s) you are seeing while signing into your enterprise deployment.
