Hi David, Thanks for the reply. I pressed "Load Categories" multiple times. I think I have too many categories. I can't enter the category manually as it changes according to different scenarios. Any other suggestion????

Hi there, I am creating a group of gauges (i.e. 5) on the operation dashboard. They are placed on top of each other (in the form of tabs). Is there any way I could make a general header/heading/title for them?

Hi there, I followed the article (Operations Dashboard: ) to improve the visualization of Pie chart. I ended up showing three categories on the pie chart. However, all three categories have the same colour. When I tried to change the colour of each category, it only changed the colour of the "other" category. It didn't change the colour of the remaining two categories. I attached the screenshot of slices tab of the pie chart. Any help to fix the issue would be appreciated.

Hi there, I have created a feature layer that carries transparent polygons with thick boundaries that represent the cities present on the map. Each polygon represents a unique city. Is there any feature available in ArcGIS Pro or ArcMap which highlights the boundary of polygons of the selected city? If no, is there any other way we could only select a city on the map. Waiting for your positive and prompt feedback.

Hi there, I have created a feature layer that carries transparent polygons with thick boundaries that represent the cities present on the map. Each polygon represents a unique city. I am using this feature layer into the ArcGIS operation dashboard. When I click the name of the city, the map zooms into a particular city and also flash the boundary of the polygon for a couple of seconds then disappears. Is there any way the boundary of polygon of the selected city would keep flashing until we select another city or zoom out? If no, is there any other way we could only select a city on the map. Waiting for your positive and prompt feedback.

Hello GIS Gurus, I have created three layers in ArcGIS pro. Layers show the province, cities, and districts polygons. I hosted these layers on AGOL. Now I want to make it in such a way that when users click on the province polygon, the focus of the map shifts on hat particular polygon of the province. When the user clicks on the city, the focus of the map goes to that particular City's polygon and the remaining cities polygons (which are next to that city) should be disappeared/hide. The problem I am facing is I don't know who to disappear/hide remaining polygons. Looking for your advice and guidance.

Hi David, Thanks for your reply. I don't see the reference and value breakdown and the indicator name is grayed out. I noticed that if I create the indicator and put the reference and value in it and try to attach as target then the indicator is greyed out. However, if I create a simple indicator first (with value only), attached it as the target value, and then put the reference in indicator then it works. But then I noticed that it only update the value, not the reference value (which is statistic) when we click on the action tasks.

Hi there, Is there any way I could create my own Year-to-date based filter that starts the years from the 2nd quarter (i.e. 1-4-current year) and ends at the end of 1st quarter of next year (i.e. 31-03-next_year)? Any help would be really appreciated.

Thanks, David. One more idea that you should consider for the future is to let the user define its own Year-to-date period. The definition of Year-to-date is very broad, especially in Industry. Some people think Year-to-date as the calendar year (as operation dashboard also does). However, some people use the Year-to-date option to calculate the financial progress or outcome, in that case, Year-to-date should be from 1-07-Current_year to 30-06-next_year. Or some people want to use their Year-to-date to calculate or filter the data related to the regulatory year that could start from 1-04-current_year to 30-03-next_year. It would be good if the operation dashboard allows user to define the period of year-to-date by the users.

Hello, "Active" members of the community, Question: How can we create a date filter that filters year to date for last year in the indicator? The only option I could see is Last year. Is there any way to implement year-to-date for last year?

Hi there, I have created a couple of indicators, both have got date filter on it and both have reference values too. I want to attach those two indicators as a filter on other components (i.e. list). However, when I go to the action of the list and click on 'add target' drop-down list, both indicators are greyed out. I have a feeling that indicators are grey out in add target drop-down list because I applied date filter. If that is the case, then could anyone know any other technique to used those indicators as the target components? Waiting for your reply.

Hi Derrick, Yes, I was creating a field in one of the map layers through map viewer by using Arcade. I am working with a view layer of an underlying feature layer. I tried "configure pop". I wish it could have been that simple. However, unfortunately, it's not. Esri's' developers and testers are trying their level best to make sure that at the end of the day all users of operation dashboard moved to some other platform. Hats off to them.
