I have created a feature layer that carries transparent polygons with thick boundaries that represent the cities present on the map. Each polygon represents a unique city. I am using this feature layer into the ArcGIS operation dashboard. When I click the name of the city, the map zooms into a particular city and also flash the boundary of the polygon for a couple of seconds then disappears. Is there any way the boundary of polygon of the selected city would keep flashing until we select another city or zoom out? If no, is there any other way we could only select a city on the map.
