One thing that could be done is to enable delete protection: Item details—ArcGIS Online Help | ArcGIS There is also a blog that talks about this very subject: https://www.esri.com/arcgis-blog/products/arcgis-enterprise/uncategorized/protecting-your-arcgis-online-items/

Hi Forest - I also wanted to add an additional option. I would look into possibly using; Pools of log files owned by the geodatabase administrator - ArcGIS Help (10.2, 10.2.1, and 10.2.2) I would review all the options first before making a final decision. You can update the SERVER_CONFIG table using the old sde command line tools: ArcSDE Administration Command Reference I would like to also encourage you to move towards a newer release as Jonathan mentions above. Hope this helps!

I would recommend contacting Esri Technical Support and working with them on what the difference between Pro 2.1.x and Pro 2.2.x. This could prevent you from having to grant RESOURCE to the read-only user.

There may have been a change required at 2.2. Have you tried to GRANT RESOURCE to that user and see if it will work? Otherwise, you may need to get a technical support case opened and have an analyst take a look.

Mark Chilcott If you are referring to the SDECONFIG I am not sure. I would reach out to Esri Technical Support for an update. They may be able to provide more information. I have since moved to a different role within Esri.

Can you please post some of the Python that you are using to export the table and create the relationship? This will make troubleshooting easier. Also post a screenshot of the exact error message. Thanks! Enterprise GIS

If this is the tool; Metadata Editing Tool | Esri Australia , I would recommend reaching out to Esri Australia for help. They may be the fastest and best point of contact. Especially since it seems specific to a region.

That is great news to hear. I would always recommend following the upgrade documentation workflow for ArcGIS Enterprise: Upgrade ArcGIS Enterprise—ArcGIS Enterprise | ArcGIS Enterprise It may cut down on the issues encountered.
