How did you upgrade the single machine, i.e. use Enterprise builder or individually? What components are on the machine (Portal, Server, DataStore, 2 WA etc.)? Any errors during the upgrade? Any other information that you can provide would be helpful. Thanks!

Hi Joe Head and Michael Stranovsky I would recommend opening a support case with technical support to have an analyst look into these issues for you in detail. This may be the fastest and best course of action.

As for going from ST_Geometry --> SDO_Geometry, that cannot be done via the Migrate Storage—Help | ArcGIS Desktop tool; Data migration from one storage type to another—Help | ArcGIS Desktop You mention that you have run the Migrate Storage tool; what where the parameters that you place in the GP tool? Can you provide clarification on the following statement? He observed that when carrying out the storage migration for example from SDO_GEOMETRY to ST_GEOMETRY in the properties of the feature class and in the schema of the owner of the data if the modification appears, but the TABLE_REGISTRY of SDE does not modify the field of CONFIG- KEYWORD

I have seen display issues when you are in past 1:10. There is nothing necessarily wrong/incorrect with the data, you are just zoomed in past what is usable and what the tolerances are set to. When this happens, it causes the displayed data to show weirdness, as you are seeing. I do not think that this is a defect but more of a display issues when zoomed into such a large scale like 1:1. Is there a reason that you are zoomed in that close?

That could be part of the reason for the time it takes to complete. Especially if the Linux box is smokin' Any way to get more resources to that box or move the data to another box that has more resources available, long shot I know?

I thought that might be the case. That is a lot of processing to run. What does the Oracle DB resources look like when the process is running? Where is the process kicked off from? Do you put the data into a new feature class?

I helped develop a tool that did something like the FEMA Changes Since Last Firm (at a previous job) and it would take at least 45 min - 1 hour to run and we did not have that many parcels and/or the calculation of the 15% overlap. Maybe someone has a trick up their sleeve. Is there a reason that you have to run it every night? Can you remove the unshaded X areas and only use the SFHA and X-shaded (0.2%)?

My guess on the time would be related to the number of spatial functions that have to run to calculate what is needed. How many FLOODZONE and PARCEL polys are we talking about? As for the end result, what if you remove the "GROUP BY hashid" would it give you the output format that you are looking for? Just as a comparison, have you created a Python script to do the same process and see how long that takes to run?

Once you clear out the files you must create a new Python environment to manage per the help: As of ArcGIS Pro 2.2, the default arcgispro-py3 environment is read-only and cannot be modified. Changes can be made by creating a new environment (or cloning an environment) into your user profile and making desired changes to the new environment. The Python Package Manager—ArcPy Get Started | ArcGIS Desktop See image below after the process is completed:

The wegisdr.properties file is the "config" file, sorry for any confusion. I would start by making the export file a local drive first and run it. This would make sure that everything is working properly. Then after a successful export, I would make the changes to your S3 location. Here is a screenshot of my local export location:
