Hi Laor, Did you open your file in Excel? I tried to open your file and other csv files with Hebrew values in NotePad, and they look good: Can you try to open your file in Notepad and see if this issue still exists? Hi, You cannot add windows into the menu widget. However, you can use the set link option to point to the window. Please see the Set link doc here: https://doc.arcgis.com/en/experience-builder/build-apps/add-widgets.htm#ESRI_SECTION1_0F7788FDC39040CC8B969DB036C354AA You can use a widget like button to set link to the window. Then if you click the button at runtime, the window opens. See the effect of opening a window with a button: Hope it helps, Shengdi
