Users are experiencing the following error while trying to download a map on collector:  Connection to https://tiledbasemaps.arcgis.com/arcgis/ refused.  Android devices are experiencing this error.  Maps contains tiles and feature layers hosted on AGOL.  Any ideas on how to fix this?  ... I would like to be able to flag items to show in the gallery instead of having the gallery only show items from one group.  Sometimes I don't want to show all items from a group. Sometimes I only want a certain maps to appear in the gallery.  The gallery would be better if we can pick and choose which individual items would appear in the gallery feed.  Thanks!  ... View more

Hello,  I am attempting to download a map using collector for android. I get the following error message:  The Map 'Map Name' failed to download with the message: Forbidden.  Notes: - This happened before upgrading to 18.0.1 and still occurs after upgrading - All Features/Tiles are hosted on AGOL - I am able to download the same maps on IOS without issues - I have been able to download these maps on Android before  - It Happens to multiple maps which leads me to believe there is something going on with the tile package that is common between the maps - I removed the TPK and it seems to work but the TPK is pretty critical for my field workers.  ...
