Hello Thomas,  1) Signing in through ArcGIS Online 2) I have used the collector error log to log the error. You can find it at the bottom of this message.  3) The issue occurs on multiple web maps.  Additionally, I came across a similar thread - where Colin Lawrence provides some possibly reasoning behind the errors. It's likely that this is the reason why my maps are failing because I published them from Desktop with  Domains (definitely some duplicates). Is there a list of do's and dont's for publishing data? All of our maps are taken offline due to lack of connectivity in the province. I think there needs to be more transparency in regards to what will "break" the new collector. I ran into this bug today. I had to extract/upload the results as shown here, then I had to delete/re-download the survey. User was able to sync after the surveys were re-downloaded.  ... View more
