I noticed in your recording that it mentioned 3 photos failed to submit.  Are these new features or are you editing existing features? Also, let me know if this is ArcGIS Online or Enterprise. Hey @PaulCreaner1 just a heads up that Enterprise 10.8 is retired and 10.8.1 is retired as of tomorrow!  That said it would be good to clarify how that team was able to access the social logins. Thank you for these details. You don't happen to have two different version of Field Maps installed on this device do you (ie also having the Field Maps Beta installed)? We have come across this "Unable to open link" error before and are looking into it already. Im wondering if the root cause is the same or if these are separate issues.  Would you be able to share the troubleshooting logs from Field maps after reproducing this? If you reset the Location Provider in Field Maps does this fix the behavior for you? Edit: Can you also share the logs from Trimble Mobile Manager as well? ... View more

Hey @DebSF , existing Smart Forms on hosted layers that have attachments enabled will have a "General" attachment element added by default when accessing the Form builder following this update. The General element is intended to maintain compatibility with previous versions of the Field Maps mobile app, and ensures all attachments are assigned a general keyword for consistent handling. This will be supported and continue to function indefinitely. Support to configure attachment elements has been added in Enterprise 12.1. Feature services on older versions, with attachments enabled, will continue to work as they did previously when it comes to attachments. Hi @KerryKang , was the download of this offline area working previously, ie when the Offline area was first generated? Do you know if you can create and take an on-demand Area offline directly in Field Maps using this same Web Map?  It is worth double checking the replica list as suggested although it would be quite surprising if you were hitting a limit here.  Please also let me know the version of Field Maps you are using. This sounds like potentially a different cause in your case as others would experience the crash the moment the map was opened. If possible, I would reach out to Esri Support to see if they can help narrow down the cause in your case.  If this is happening in multiple maps, are there are common layers between them?
