As long as OS location service provide accuracy indoor location, Collector can leverage it. For example, in iOS if you survey your area with this app Apple indoor positioning app 'Indoor Survey' spotted on iOS App Store , you can get better indoor positioning accuracy in that area for iOS core location service, Collector will leverage those good indoor locations.

It is a known issue. Current Collector doesn't honor filter on related record. We have created an issue to keep track of it internally.

Have you considered using Portal for ArcGIS? You won't get this extra log on if the server is federated.

Yes it makes sense. If your iPad device has large memory, you can also just side load the new basemap with meaningful name. If you really need to remove it, the only way I can think of is to remove the app and install again. It will remove all the offline basemaps. But it will also remove all the offline data as well. Without those users' awareness, it is dangerous to do that.

Josh, I am not sure about the issue you are running into. You can try using Enterprise Login for AGOL. Can you elaborate more about your requirements?

Since the basemap is used by other users, we don't recommend to remove it. We don't want to have a map without basemap. Usually you need to ask the user to remove it first.
