@esteele  The "Show pop-up upon feature selection" option inside the Map widget has been released since the 2023 Nov release, as Jeffery mentioned here; The Export to item feature was released in AGOL 2024 Mar; The upcoming Enterprise 11.3 release will pick up both features. ... View more

@GarretWeichel In the map basemap tool, the content is from the org-defined basemaps. The display of them depends on the login status, whether the org allows anonymous access, etc. This could be a place to start checking. However, I've not yet heard the described behavior before.
