Maria, Great, thanks for the additional information! Like I mentioned, there's currently no way to change this in the builder; however, you can manually adjust the resampling size by editing your story map's configuration file using a tool called the ArcGIS Online Assistant. Here's how: Go to https://ago-assistant.esri.com Log in using your ArcGIS account At the top click I want to... View an item's JSON In the left panel, find your Crowdsource story and click it (you can use the search box at the top to help or just browse the folders) In the Data section of the right panel, find the JSON code shown in the screenshot below (search the web page for "smallestside") and change the smallestSide attribute to something larger, say 1500 or 2000. The smallestSide attribute is the size (in pixels) that your contributors' images are resampled to when they are uploaded, if the smaller side is longer than the value specified. The smaller side is reduced to the value specified, and the aspect ratio is preserved. Images are not resampled if the smaller side is less than the specified size. For example, if you set smallestSide to 2000 then a 2560x1920 image would be not be resized, but a 2304x3072 would be resized to 2000x2667. We'll definitely consider adding this to the builder in the future and also would like to add a way for authors to easily download the photos in builder as well. Currently you'd need to download them from your Crowdsource story's feature service item page. Owen

Hi Maria, Currently contributed photos are resampled to be 1000px on their shorter side. Are you looking for higher quality photos to be available or are you concerned about low-quality photos being uploaded and seen in your stories? I was talking with someone last week at the Esri User Conference in San Diego who had some participants upload low-quality photos. In a future release we will consider adding a warning or even blocking participants when they try to upload a low-quality photo. If you could share some additional information about your situation that would be helpful to us as we plan future releases. Thanks! Owen

Hi, I was able to reproduce the video issue in immersive sections on an iPhone. We will fix that in the next release. URL parameters aren't supported at this time, but in the future we will add more capabilities in the builder for authors to configure start/end times, etc. Owen

Hi Steve, Are you referring to inserting media between paragraphs of text? If so, check out this blog about sequential sections, specifically the Inserting Media section. Once you add media between paragraphs you can hover over it, click the gear, click Size and then pick small, medium, or large to adjust how much room the media takes on the page. Let me know if this is what you are looking to do. Owen

Hi Adrian, Yup, we are definitely looking at adding more media sources and Flickr video is on the list. Please let us know what others you'd be interested in using and how you are using those services to store media today. Owen

Thanks for your feedback -- we are considering theme options for upcoming releases. If you are able to host the app yourself you can download the code from github and customize the appearance however you like. https://github.com/Esri/storymap-cascade Owen

Hi Pierre, I was able to add it to an immersive and sequential section (it isn't supported for the cover). My suspicion is that it's not working for you because of a mixed content situation. If your Cascade builder is being accessed over https then you have to use https for any content you add to your story. Try using https://360.io/eNgaUr Owen

Hi Conor, At this time your readers do not have access to your slides. If you want to share several slides with your readers I'd recommend adding several views in an immersive section using the same scene and set a different slide for each view. Would that work for telling your story? Owen

Hi Richard, Thanks for the thoughtful feedback! The first one is definitely on our list for the next release, and we will definitely consider your other two good ideas for future releases. Owen

Hi Ken, Sure, no problem. Here you go... <style type="text/css">.link {
color: blue !important;
}
</style> It's the link element you need to change the color on (not linkContainer), and you'll also need to use !important to make sure your style change overrides the existing style. Some more good examples are in this article, which is linked to in the one I referenced above: Create buttons for main stage actions using the style tag Owen

Hi Alba, You just need to add "&embed" to the end of the URL when you paste it in the builder. See this blog for details: Embedding a Story Map within a Story Map | ArcGIS Blog Owen

Hi Kate, Right, this embeds the video as a "web page" and you can only use images and videos on the cover at this time. The workaround I mentioned above can really only be used if you are using your video in a sequential section (not on the cover or in an immersive section). Sorry, you might have to wait for the next release. 😕 Owen

Hi Ken, As that article says, style overrides are global so your can put them (even ones that impact the header) in any section. Just edit a section of your story, go to the HTML Source View, and paste your <style> tag code at the top of bottom. Owen
