guys from esri already saw the old post, but until now the issue exist. It is not related to browser, because many different people see the dashboard, and I cannot force them to hook to a certain browser. I do not know why it is very difficult for them to fix this issue, honestly, I am thinking about switching to other products that support Unicode very well. ArcPro does not have any issue with Unicode, but online products are terrible. That is not because the online products terribly support Unicode, but the reason is this issue exist for a long time.

I am really frustrated with ArcGIS online products.😑 I really appreciate any help, paid for ESRI products and not being able to display the data properly. Labels are fine on the map but when add the same map to a dashboard, all labels are squiggled. Is it that difficult for ESRI to fix font rendering on their online products? The map when viewed: Same map when added to a dashboard: same issue posted several times: Why does not ESRI try to fix issues with rendering... - Esri Community

Thanks for your reply, Indeed, Google Noto Arabic fonts or IBM Plex Arabic work without any issue, hope you add those fonts, at least to have some options. I have not submitted any ticket, I thought Noah will have a look at the issue. I hope esri fixes this issues soon, what a reason of purchasing a GIS tool and not able to present the data properly or label them? It just requires adding some fonts that support Unicode, no coding and no new feature.

Hi, Does anyone have any idea how to add a font that fully supports Unicode to ArcGIS online product? I am really frustrated with the fonts that are available in webmaps, dashboards in the arcgis.com, none of them fully support Unicode, they could have fixed it at least by adding Tahoma to the font list. Why is it exceedingly difficult for people in esri to fix this? With any updated version of online product, this issue gets worse rather than to better. The classic webmap supports Unicode much better than the updated one. Why does not ESRI try to fix issues with rendering Unicode fonts on ArcGIS online products? this is almost two years ago post on same issue. Issues with Unicode in AGOL dashboards

I tried that step, too, but did not fix the issue. The good thing about arcpy way is gives a comprehensive message on fail.

Hi all, This post is a workaround for people who receives the message (Dataset not found message) when running Arcpro Project Packaging Tool. The issue with this tool is, when you click on Analyze, it does not show any warning, but when you run the tool, it fails and shows this message: Dataset not found message The message does not give useful hints about what dataset makes the problem. Solution: The workaround to overcome this issue, is simply run the tool using Arcpy, because if the tool faild, it tells you exactly where the problem is, it provides a detail information about the issue, which is very easily can be found and fix it. Just this line is enough to run: arcpy.management.PackageProject(in_project, output_file) if you got this issue, and fixed, please give us a thumb, or mark this as answer.

This is the text on the old map This one is on the new web map; you can notice how the text is rendered on the new web map: dashboards, both the classic and the new one, have similar issue: if you look at the highlighted text, you can see the texts, they are not rendered properly, it must look like: This is really a very frustrating issue, we have when we use ArcGIS online products, and it is very weird, these Unicode issues are not been fixed till now.

Hi all, I am wondering why ArcGIS online products very poorly support Unicode fonts? Why ESRI does not pay attention to this issue? is that because they do not care? With every new release of online products, whether it is webmaps, dashboards or apps, I am wishing the issue is fixed, but till now, the issue still exists. Very frustrating issue, look at the screen shots to see how texts are labeled on ArcPro and Online Web map. On ArcPro on webmaps

do you want to retrieve data from multiple columns or filter list based on multiple columns? for the last one, yes you can, on choice filter you can use and/or to filter the list based on multiple columns. for the former question, I am not quite sure what do you mean? because you can retrieve multiple column by using multiple questions.

I am wondering if there is a plan to add support for Unicode fonts over ArcGIS online products. I want to used some Kurdish text but not rendered very well. I test the new dashboards, still not supported. I do not want to rewrite the idea, as fully explained in this post. Issues with Unicode in AGOL dashboards - Esri Community

One way to fix that is to add two calculated fields (hidden) after each choices, one if the option is yes and one if no . for each answer set corresponding field to 1, then add a sum for each value solved yes or no. then you can use the sum fields for the label.
