I am using Enterprise Users and groups In arcGIS Portal . I created two groups from Enterprise Groups( Active directory). Whatever i created (Administrator)  and share with one group. My Requirement is, I have to provide Signature field is not compulsory and need to insert dummy image from backend (Excel condigurations).
