Hi Robert, That would explain quite a lot. If I were to add the corresponding hosted feature layer instead...would that work? Thanks.

Hello, I've created an application (using WAB AGO - not Developers Edition) that will eventually be only used for public viewing and inquiry. I would like to provide the benefit of printing to our public. I've added the Print Widget and used the following URL: "https://utility.arcgisonline.com/arcgis/rest/services/Utilities/PrintingTools/GPServer/Export%20Web%20Map%20Task" The print widget functions normally and the map graphic is as expected but the legend is missing. I've tried different print output formats from the drop-down selection and nothing changes. No legend. All layers within the application are hosted feature/tile layers. Does anyone have any suggestions of how I may remedy this problem? Thank you.

Thank you, Jake. Perhaps a stupid question but I am a novice obviously...where do I obtain the new web path once I transfer my documents?

Once I transfer the videos and documents to my C:\inetpub\wwwroot directory, how is the web path obtained or modified within the attribute table to reference this new location?

Hi Jake, Thank you for responding to my questions. Yes. For my OLE database I did create a relationship class and the attribute table of my parcels plus the OLE database components were successfully carried over to ArcGIS Online via the popup configuration. The OLE database supplies us with the latest parcel ownership information which will obviously change from time to time. My workflow will be to republish this service on a semi-regular basis to obtain the "latest for the moment" ownership information for what is being displayed on ArcGIS Online. Is there a better workflow that I could use in this case, or are my methods sound for this process? As for my hyperlink inquiry, I have heard that UNC is not supported by ArcGIS Online. Does there exist any good documentation regarding converting UNC hyperlinks to web hyperlinks? If my hyperlinks are modified to web hyperlinks, will both the videos and PDF documents play and/or autoload in ArcGIS Online?

Hello, A few of my engineering and cadastral layers have related tables and attribute tables that contain hyperlinks to both videos and PDF documents. First, does anyone have any good insights to offer regarding related tables so they properly carry over to ArcGIS Online? I have successfully set-up a relationship class within the same directory as my layer and a copy of the OLE database that is related. Is there a better way? It just seems I will be always copying over the old with the new and republishing a lot. Second, hyperlinks do not seem to be supported directly by ArcGIS Online. Any suggestions on how to maintain links to videos and PDF documents? Thank you.

Hi Robert, That sounds like the best path forward. I don't have any experience with IIS. Can you provide or recommend sources for detailed instructions on how to set up such a virtual directory? Thanks.

Hello, I have a sanitary sewer structure layer that is one of many layers running as a map service for my engineering application. Within the attribute table of this layer are 6 fields that contain network file paths to .jpg images (see attachment). I would like users within ArcGIS Online to be able to click on these as selectable links within the pop-up window so they may bring up the images stored on our server for their viewing. Is this possible? Thank you.

Hi Charlotte, Thank you so much for taking the time to answer my inquiry and provide such great links for assistance. I am in the "Manage Tile Cache" portion of the first link. I will update this posting once it finishes its run. It seems to be taking quite a long time and consuming a large amount of space. I hope that's normal. As an FYI...I ended up adding two additional levels of detail at 564 and 282. Thanks again. Jeff

Hello, I created a tile package for my aerial photography that I had automatically uploaded to my AGO account. Unfortunately, I needed to add a couple more LOD to my scale because it stops a little short. I went back into my project file and modified the scale settings to included 564 and 282 (see Scale Settings attachment). I then went through the tile package creation scenario and when checking the Tile Format section it still only reads a scale down to 1128 (see Tile Format attachment). Any suggestions?

Thank you, Kelly. I will definitely check into the information you provided. Would your recommendation be the same for raster data such as aerial imagery?

Agreed. I think it could be a little on the costly side credit wise. We have over 10,000 credits available but how much of a bite will the processing take out is the question. Our server, while relatively new, needs to have an inventory taken of data residing and employ the D.A.M. approach of delete---archive---migrate. This will be taking place in the next week or so once all participating parties are made aware. In the mean time, I was hoping to move ahead with trying to get all my aerials running as tile services on AGO so that I may integrate the Bing Maps which are missing from my current equation like we have previously discussed.

My dilemma is whether to go ahead add another LOD (564) to the cache and wondering if the difference between an estimated cache size of 1GB, using the ArcGIS Online/Bing/Google default, or adding the LOD increasing the estimated cache size to 4GB. How this affects the credits on the back end will be key.
