Hi James, Thank you so much for replying to my inquiry. I've posted updates to both the PullData form and my CSV file. I removed all commas in the Address column as you indicated and resaved the CSV file. Could you please open and review the PullData form? I modified the "type" in my PullData form to correspond to what the questions are in my Meter Change Form (decimal and text). I have corrected $(field) to be ${field}. Could you possibly markup my PullData form by providing some examples of your suggestions to refine? That would be great if it's not too much trouble on your end. Hello, I have attached a copy of my working form in Survey123 Connect (please see attached Meter Change Form.xlsx). I would like to use "pulldata" to auto-populate the form for our field staff. The workflow for the user will be the following: a user will physically enter the old meter number in the form while they are in the field and in-turn this action will auto-fill the Address, Account Number, Route# and Seq# information into the form originating from a CSV file. I have created a CSV data table located in the following directory "C:\Users\JDavis\ArcGIS\My Survey Designs\Meter Change Form\media\ entitled "Yukon121718" (please see attached with corresponding name). Through a few online postings I was able to start constructing a PullData facsimile (please see PullData.xlsx). I am not sure of the "note" type in my table since I am looking to auto-populate established fields. My questions: 1. Can someone please review my PullData table and provide advice on the correct structure corresponding to my data? 2. In addition, can someone assist me, once the PullData table has been proofed, in taking the PullData information and integrating into my Meter Change Form in the correct location? 3. Using the "Open survey content folder" I accessed my Yukon121718 CSV file. Am I correct to assume that doing this action integrates this CSV file with my form and allows users in the field access to its contents? Only asking since the file is located on my C:\ drive. Hi Phil, Thank you for reviewing my form. I really appreciate your time. The screenshot actually was taken from my desktop computer. Sorry. I probably should have mentioned that in the posting. I have yet to publish and run trials using our Android phones and tablets. Your answer would tend to confirm that I should not be seeing anything now regarding the barcode icon until the form is being accessed in the field using our collection devices. Thank you again and I will definitely let you know if any issues arise when the form is being used in practice. As a side note, I will be posting another question regarding the use of including PullData in my current form as well. Since you have been so helpful with my Barcode conundrum I am hoping you may assist with this one as well. Thank you again. Jeff

Hi Phil, Thank you for responding to my posting. Hope you had and are having a great holiday. In response to your question, the entire string would be just the meter number obtained from the meter's barcode tag after scanning. I've made the modifications you suggested to the ElectricMeterChangeForm. Could you please check to make sure it is what you were suggesting? I've uploaded a revised copy of the form. In addition, I have attached a screen capture of what my updated form produced. Should I be seeing a barcode graphic in the form? Thanks. Jeff

Hi Brandon, I just came across your posting. I did the same thing. I created a survey using the web designer approach and loaded it into Survey123 Connect in the hopes of integrating both barcode and pulldata within my existing survey. Am I correct to understand that I will not be able to integrate these into my survey? Will I need to recreate my survey in Survey123 Connect to accomplish this task? Thank you. Jeff

Hello, I initially created a survey using Survey123 for ArcGIS. Then it came to my attention that I need to incorporate the ability to scan a barcode into my form. Based upon my online searches I discovered that Survey123 Connect for ArcGIS has a Samples section that features Barcodes. I then brought my completed survey form into Survey123 Connect with the hope of integrating the sample Barcode information within this survey. Can someone help me integrate the BarcodeSample with my ElectricMeterChangeForm? Line 13 in my ElectricMeterChangeForm is where the Barcode information needs to go. I need the user to scan the electric meter barcode to autopopulate the New Meter Number. Thank you. Jeff

Thanks Dan. Made me laugh. Aside from myself there is only one other person in our shop that will be editing. I don't see that changing. I have no problem with separate copies of the gdb. I am the administrator for ArcGIS Online and am the only one who will be publishing. The previous administrator created versioning. I believe this was done because they expected more departments to participate but that did not happen. I just can't seem to see its necessity given our current state.

Hello, I require some assistance configuring an authentication geoprocessing service. I downloaded the Adopta widget and am adapting it for hydrants and will be employing WAB Developers Edition 2.9. I have published a corresponding hosted feature layer. With my AdoptaHydrant.mxd open, I opened ArcCatalog, right-clicked on the AuthGP model and chose Edit to open the supplied script for editing as directed (please see attached graphic for reference). When the dialog box opens I was able to successfully edit User Table, User email field, Team field, User Token Field, Token Date Field, Token Validity Time, Asset Layer URL, Asset Layer Portal URL, Signup email template and Login Email Template based on the nice instructions. However, I am a little confused regarding what I should enter regarding these components...Asset Layer Username, Asset Layer Password, From Email Address, Signup Email Subject Line, Login Email Subject Line, SMTP Server, SMTP Username, and SMTP Password. Can someone please provide some insight? Thank you.
