I have noticed that many of my surveys being submitted have coordinates of 0,0 when the user is not prompted to input a location. Most of my surveys do not display the geopoint question and rely on the functionality build in to default to the current location. The same device will submit surveys with correct location data and 0,0 (incorrect, off the coast of Africa) in the same data collecting session. Is there a way to force or reenforce the default geopoint to be the current location? my gps is enabled and allowing survey123 access.

I have editor tracking enabled in a related table that I am trying to use for sorting. One of my related tables gives me this option but one does not. I am not sure why this is... Any advice? Thanks.

Robert, I could have sworn I was able to see attachments in the query widget with the release of versions 2.2 or 2.3. However, I can't seem to see that anymore. The .config file for my query even has "showAttachments": true. I feel like I'm taking crazy pills; I would have bet my life that it did with the release of 2.2!!

I have found that in my process of developing survey123 surveys I have to delete folders quite often during testing. It seems that somehow these Folders which included HFS and Surveys get locked and I am unable to delete them for up to several minutes. Is there away to break AGOL/Portal folder locks so I can delete immediately. There does not seem to be a consistent time until I can delete, it is random.

After further investigation I have determined that Cloud Make using the AppStudio 1.3.46 is breaking my apps. Any app that was Built with the 1.3.46 version a week or so ago works fine, any app recently Made with AppStudio 1.3.46 will break the EXACT same app. I would guess that since the AppStudio upgrade for the new version is has broken the AppStudio 1.3.46 Make. I would guess that I need to upgrade to the new version of AppStudio, it would appear that AppStudio 1.3.46 is NOT COMPATIBLE with the new Cloud Make!

jskinner-esristaff Should the behavior be any difference between a HFS and a server FS. I am trying to duplicate the same behaviour on a HFS and it does not seem to work.

After speaking with ESRI Support it appears as if the Survey123 Token is set to expire after 30 minutes. I see no reason why this should not be longer, collector lasts for days. Is there a way to extend this within the code?

I am having difficulty using GeoEvent to overwrite a field. I have FieldX with domains 'Yes' & 'No'. It is designed to read the feature class for updates to features or new features by last_edited_date. The goal is to have the user update the feature, if FieldX is Yes, send an email and at the same time, Field Calculate FieldX back to 'No'. I have been able to field calculate fields before, but they have been empty. I would think you should be able to field calculate over values?

rsunderman-esristaff I have a GeoEvent set up as follows. Poll for a new feature (every 10 seconds, on hosted feature service through Survey123) > Using the imported service definition from that HFS > GeoEvent Service > Send Email (based on new feature, formatted in HTML). Method to Identify Incremental Updates: ObjectID Portal Update Interval: 1 Min This IS set up on a Cluster (we are in the process of migrating our GeoEvent to one machine). There were 8 e-mails that were sent out using the service throughout this week (no submissions before this week). They were all sent at appropriate times based on when the Survey123 Forms were submitted. (nothing to be surprised about here, everything seems to be working fine) Now 2/23, all 8 emails (duplicates) were resent with no particular pattern. 2 at 12:20pm (dates 2/22 & 2/21) 5 at 12:25pm (dates 2/21 & 2/21 & 2/22 & 2/22 & 2/22) 1 at 12:35pm (date 2/21) There are still only 8 features in my Survey123 HFS, none have been updated. It is strange they are sending in increments of 5 minutes. Is this likely an issue with the cluster? From what I can tell there were 8 inputs on PRD1 originally, then PRD2 finally caught up (in increments of 5 minutes) and sent those 8 out again. It appears as if PRD1 is not informing PRD2 that ObjectIDs 1-8 were processed. Then, PRD2 kicks in, thinks they were NOT processed, and fires them out. That does not explain the 5 min increments but might point to issues with clustering.
