How long does the token last when logged into Survey123? (version 2.5)

I was skeptical on this response at first but apparently this is exactly what is going on. I realized that all of my After Insert triggers work when there are no attachments. When there are attachments, my After Insert triggers fire, but the declared variables are always null. It seems to go something like this... Insert Row, Update Attachments, Update Row. Unfortunately After Update does give the Code 500 error and freezes up the feature service as well. Do you have any idea on the implementation of the apply edits with UploadID? I would guess that is the method Collector uses. Thanks.

Kind of.... I was able to get it to work but only with images the size of thumbnails. Anything "large" would get cut off about 1 inches from the top. From what I read on the WWW it should work with normal sized images. The string for a base64 is very large (but is under the varchar(max) limit)

I have a trigger on the base table of one of my feature services. After Insert seems to work fine as I have concluded that a Survey123 to FS transaction does a Input, then an Update. After Insert statements to not cause the Code 500 Error. After Update does cause the Code 500 error, but not everytime, most of the time. Is there a rational reason for this where I can code around it. I need to pull data from insert after an update without the code 500. I should add that the trigger performs fine and correctly when making the edits right in ArcMap, every time. Also I have never had these issues with Collector (however most of my Collector FS is versioned, Survey123 is archive enabled.

My select_one as well as my select_one_external via choice filter work fine. When I add or_other to the select_one_external it does not. Just want to make sure this is by design and not my error. Thanks.

Thanks James, I am am attempting to auto populate 2 fields based on what user is logged in. I should be able to do this using cascading select. What I don't like about my method is although it provides the user with the radio button to select the one choice, it still makes them select the one choice. It would be nice if, based on the username, two fields were populated automatically. Any suggestions? Thanks.

Are you able to install Python for API version 1.0 or higher?

I am having the same issue. It seems that upgrading from 1.4 to 2.0 removes the python.exe. When you do a fresh install of 2.0 the python.exe does reappear however, when we do this we are unable to install ArcGIS API for Python. We are only able to install API for Python on Pro version 1.4. Once we upgrade to Pro 2.0 we are unable to upgrade API for Python from version .3.

What about specifying the scale on a decimal for calculated values. inputMask seems to only work when you know the precision and scale, like a percent (99.9%). I need to show 1 place past decimal even if it is 0; .1, 1.0 or 200.0 needs to be allowed. The round function knocks off the 0, but I need to show scale of 1 no matter.

Yes, our users are enterprise only. We have Survey 123 & Collector now configured to our portal, but users must still select "Sign in with your Enterprise Account". They do get confused between the two. One would think that if a portal is configured, the option to turn ArcGIS Online off I requested beta testing for Aurora, but have not heard anything in return. Can I get in on that please?

Is there a way to push .tpk basemap files for offline data collection with the Collector deployment? Also, is there a way to turn off the ArcGIS Account option and only have the Enterprise option? Thanks.

As mentioned with the new release you can now "Use Managed App Configuration with ArcGIS Enterprise" with Collector. It is great that we are now able to do this, but some guidance as to how would be more than helpful. Below is a screenshot from the Collector MDM settings. I tried to follow the instructions for the Explorer for ArcGIS MDM settings setting "portalURL" as my Key and my portal url as my string. did not work. How do you do it?

Could you export your data to a file geodatabase, then use ArcGIS Pro to append to the destination table. That's what I would try.
