I've just installed Survey123 Connect 3.1.126 and I can't log in neither in ArcGIS Online, nor in Portal for ArcGIS. My previous version was 3.0.138 and with it I couldn't log in too. I've uninstalled it an downloaded the latest version - no result. When I click log in button - no reaction.

Are there any plans to support this functionality? And, maybe, any advice to make form with pictures loading faster?

How about supporting media in external choices? I didn't manage to get media working. The case is - a long list of birds and animals (about 60). If I use internal choice list I can add an image and audio to each choice (for each animal). But the survey takes too long to download on device. I've tried to put the list into external choice list, but it shows only the label - no other media files.

Yes, I've created the survey in the website and then edited it in Survey 123 Connect. And this survey was created before the 2.5 Survey123 update.

I'm trying to add a field to my published survey. In version 2.5.44 it should be possible without loosing data. But it returns error 400 in my case. Any ideas why? I'm working with ArcGIS Online. Actually, I need to add a string field named Location. The publish dialog says that I need to add two fields. Why does it try to add syrveyDescriptopn field? This is the result window: I've tried adding fields with two different surveys - no success, error 400 in both cases. My services were published before the latest AGOL update.

I've noticed that the link to the survey service doesn't open the service page properly. The page displays Token required message and doesn't show service info. Is it ok?

The spatial filters are the same. Intersect. Extent is the same. I couldn't understand why I get so few coincident features in the result and began experimenting with my data. Tried to find coincident features in Pro, then published new services in WGS84, without on the fly reprojecting in Pro to Web Mercator and applied spatial filter in the Insights to the new published layers.

I have a question about applying spatial filter tool in Insights for ArcGIS. We’ve noticed that the result of this tool in Insigts and in Arcgis Pro or ArcGIS Online differs. The source data of both layers is in decimal degrees - WGS84. ArcGIS Pro returns 3860 intersecting features, Insights returns the same result only if data published as service in decimal degrees (WGS 84). If service with the same data is published in Web Mercator Auxiliary Sphere – it returns 1581 feature. What does it mean?

I've found a confusing thing: I can't find my data using key word through the Add data dialog. Example: I want to add data from my portal. I use Add data button. Then select Portal > All Portal, print the data key word into the Search field and get no results. As I've found, the reason is in Default setting in the red box in the picture. As soon as I change this setting I get all the data with no problem (see below): Is it a feature? Why should user change the default setting to find the data? How should he guess about it? And where is the search field here? Why is it absent? it's a bit confusing too. My Pro version is 2.0.1

The answer is in the end of the article that you are referencing: Use the Survey123 for ArcGIS website to connect to Portal for ArcGIS Navigate to the survey123.arcgis.com website, and add a portalUrl parameter (note the capitalization). For example, if a Portal is "portal.domain.com/arcgis", the following URL is used to load the Survey123 for ArcGIS website: https://survey123.arcgis.com?portalUrl=https://portal.domain.com/arcgis You need to append the string with your portal url to survey123.arcgis.com. In my case the string looks like https://survey123.arcgis.com/?portalUrl=https://city.dataplus.ru/portal105 And it works!
