Can I add fields to a form without losing data already in the feature service? Or do I need to publish it as a new survey and start over to make sure no data is lost? My understanding as of a couple years ago is that the latter was true, but I wanted to check to make sure that is still the case. Please advise. Thanks in advance! James Tedrick

I have a person in my AGOL organization who has an editor role. I have also shared my Survey123 from with her and gave her permissions as a submitter as we often get paper datasheets from the field that need to be entered. However, when she tries to login to Survey123 on her PC, it won't let her sign-in. Is this because she is an editor and not a field collector role? Or do you think this is a separate issue? In my survey the geopoint question is relevant for all but 1 sample type. This is because county is the highest resolution location data that we get for this 1 sample type. However, I would like the default coordinates for this sample type to be the centroid of the selected county. I can get this functionality to work on all of the sample types that are relevant for this question with the following formula and by having a csv file (centroids) in the media folder with x,y coordinates for centroid of each county. concat(number(pulldata('centroids','x','county', ${county}))," ",number(pulldata('centroids','y','county', ${county})))
I was hoping it would still do the calculation for the sample type for which the geopoint question is not relevant, but it is not. Figured it out. The answer is no, you don't have to delete the survey; you can simply redownload the survey.

Do users have to delete the survey or can they simply download the survey again to get the update info on the .csv file? Deleting it also deletes everything from the sent folder. My guys like to keep their submissions so they can review for accuracy later. Survey123 for ArcGIS

Ok I figured out that deviceid is it's own question type. That part is working for me now. How about the version question though - is there a way to record the version of Survey123 used by the submitter? Survey123 for ArcGIS

I am using the pulldata() function in the calculation field to autopopulate several survey questions based on the answer to a question regarding a confirmation number. It works great except for the date field I need populated. It will populate a date, but it is a day earlier than the value provided in the .csv file (confrimations.csv). Here is the formula I used in the calculation field: pulldata('confirmations','harv_date','conf', ${conf_no}) Here is an example of the confirmations.csv with only 1 row of data. id,conf,county,harv_date,sex
