Hi Kory Yes I have a public account that I have been using BUT I had just purchased a subscription. To activate the subscription I wanted to use my public account because who really needs 4 different user accounts (this is the number I currently have, in reality I would love it to be only 2, a work account and a private account). The below screenshot shows that there is an option when activating an organizational subscription to use a account already created. However when I tried to do this I would get the following error message. I believe this might be a bug attributed to the fact that my public account uses my Facebook credentials? As I suspected it was to do with ArcGIS Online account that it wouldn't activate ArcGIS Pro. I have fixed this with a work around of creating another AGOL account login ... but as I said surely I don't need 4 accounts!!

Thanks. I'm currently visiting a remote community that have no GIS experts so I am trying to give them a little bit of training using just AGOL to get them into the world of GIS. Would have been great if we could have integrated georeferrencing as this is a functionality they have asked about. I guess once they have a handle on AGOL someone can start looking at ArcMap. Sadly ArcPro requires to much computer resources for here.

mminami-esristaff, Andrei Ivanov I see this thread has had no development since 2011. Has georeferencing been implemented in ArcGIS online yet?

Has this issue been resolved for Sasha Leyberyuk ? I have a similar issue having problems authorizing my ArcGIS Pro account that I purchased online. A slight twist is that I am normally from New Zealand and would easily access my support there. But I am currently in Ghana (completely opposite time zones), I have tried to contact the ESRI reps there but I have had no response. The thing is that I need this authorization to be working pretty pronto as I am hoping to run some community GIS training early next week (which will potentially gain ESRI some new cutomers). If this can't be done in time I'll have to revert back to QGIS. I think the problem might be with my ArcGIS Online subscription. I have a public account I have been using. When asked to activate a subscription it gives you the opportunity to use a current log in (Makes sense not having to have multiple private accounts - after all I am just one person!), so I tried to use this but I receive an error message. If you are prepared to look into this for me I can send you an email with the screenshots for every step I've taken which has resulted in ArcGIS Pro telling me I am not authorized.

It would be great if this functionality could be used for Survey123 created layers. Currently if we export to CSV for further reporting or analysis (which often include analysing response times) our dates are out. This could end up being a deal breaker while we consider if we use Survey123.

If you are downloading the geodatabase does this mean that you can only report on surveys that have been already completed and for any future responses you would have to duplicate the process again?

Thanks Mitchell, I've found that the now() does still work, however what about creating a function such as now()-1. The point of this being that only the last time field should be 'now' and everything else should be prior to this and to remove any opportunities for potentially lazy users to enter incorrect data. So I would like to make the default now() [even though this would be defying my logic that it can't be now] and the logic now()-1.

If dates are store as a string does that mean that logic such as < now() cannot be used? I am trying to create a survey that requires the user to potentially add 6 times in, all of which refer to the same date. Is there a way to hide the date part of the question and just leave the time to be entered (default date to now() unless the time entered is greater than now() then the date would be now()-1) ? I find the scroll on the date quite clunky, especially when you are adding multiple times into one survey. Is there a way that this can be changed from a scrolling time to a simple number pad entry?

Hi James I have ESRI default basemaps selected within our AGOL organisational settings. When I click on the basemap World Imagery (Labels), or any of the others, nothing appears on the screen. However I do appear to be able to download parts of basemaps over my data in New Zealand, but not over the test data provided in the drone2map course which I am presuming is over USA.

I've just upgraded to Pro 2.0 and I am still getting error messages when I try to OrthoMap. 2.0 brings the addition of another error 80004005 which is telling me that the altitude is to low. However I don't understand how they get an altitude of -125m/-124m when the details on the pop-up clearly state that the altitude is 275.76.

Hi Paul I've just downloaded Pro 2.0 and given it another run. This still hasn't been successful but it has provided another line of error code which is helpful. I now receive the following errors: Error: 80042019: Could not build mosaic dataset item. Error: 80004005: Creation of frame camera model failed. Error: 80004005: The altitude is too low at -125.378768 meter. I'm not sure if it is failing to convert the correct height as I definitely haven't flown the drone at -100m! I thought at first that maybe 125m is the minimum height required, but this number slightly changes for each photo.

Hi Paul Haakma Did you manage to find a solution? I am trying to run some photographs taken using a DJI Phantom 4 Pro but I am receiving two errors for each photo Error: 80042019: Could not build mosaic dataset item Error: 8004103f: Creation of frame camera model failed I can't see what specific settings require changing within the New Ortho Mapping Workspace as this is auto filled.

Hi James Taylor I have made a little progress with Drone2Map. When creating a new project I had been attempting to use NZTM as the projection as Eagle (New Zealand ESRI supplier) has created basemaps using NZTM that we often use. This time I kept to WGS and it has now allowed me to see my photo spots, yet still no basemaps. I have tried to follow this course Create 3D data from 2D imagery—Get Started with Drone2Map for ArcGIS | ArcGIS and use their data but I cannot see the mesh or the basemap, however I have opened the PDF created after processing and have managed to get an image. I read Offline use—Drone2Map for ArcGIS Help | ArcGIS to try and figure out how to download an offline basemap but as you will see in the picture below it mentions an offline content button under tools I cannot see such a button on my application. I have tried to right click in numerous places too but cannot find anything that says download. Picture 1) error that pops up when I start Drone2Map Picture 2) No Basemaps appear to be available even offline. Picture 3) I somehow tried to download something (turns out it was the basemap that wasn't viewable anyway) and have the following download error. Picture 4) Image created using course material. Picture 5) Trying to find how to download basemap.

Jeremy Schuyler I have this same issue but I don't understand how to resolve it. According to ArcGIS online our organisational basemaps are set to ESRI default. When I try to look at offline basemaps in Drone2Map is does not let me use the option of ESRI default base maps??
