Hi @A_J_geodata , Sounds like a strange one. Are any config parameters being passed through the MDM (like say portalURL)? It could be related to the browser as already suggested so maybe try swapping the default browser. Another thing you can try is skipping sign in on Field Maps which enters our sample account. Open the Settings menu > tap on "Profile" 3 times quickly to open the developer menu > Tap Sign In > Set Oauth to In App > See if the issues re-occurs. This could eliminate any Browser related issue. Sorry for the confusion @Ming I was referring to a custom attribute display and not an expression. As pointed out by @WardMitchell1 this process can be a bit more time consuming if you also want to display attributes from your fields as you need to manually populate the custom display. @Ming @WardMitchell1 Custom attribute popups should work. I verified on 21.4 on a map we frequently use to test this; see attached. You may need to explicitly create a URL using the hyperlink tool in the custom attribute display edit box. In terms of the differences between versions...there quite a large jump in functionality and code between 21.3 and 21.4. However, in general, all of the core functionality is going to be there. I appreciate the the clarification which now aligns more with what I was expecting. The team will continue to monitor this feedback. For now please utilize the workaround of installing another keyboard like Google Gboard. Thank you for taking the time to report this.

Thank you for the update @jorisfrenkel . It sounds like switching the device locale might switch the default keyboard as well. To clarify, were you using Dutch previously when you were seeing the issue or are you not sure what the original locale was set to? Although it was not specified im sure the existing bug was logged specific to the English (US) locale and the default keyboard for most Samsung devices.

You cannot move an entire polygon or line feature at once but can edit individual vertices. I think you are already on to the most viable solution which would be to copy the feature geometry and attributes and place where desired; you can then delete the original feature. This may not be an option if the feature participates in a relationship or has important associated metadata so keep that in mind. This may be a workflow better suited for the office in Pro or Online.

Hi @WardMitchell2 , This is an unfortunate limitation on Android. There is a bug logged that you can attach yourself to through Support: BUG-000145744. If the link is a value in a field it will not display as a hyperlink. You can use a Custom attribute display popup as a workaround.

@SandraDalton Some screenshots would help provide context, thanks! The reason I suggested other devices was to help narrow down what might be causing the problem for us. Doing a little more testing on my end I see sub meter distances reported in Compass mode using iPhone or iPad and using the internal GPS, external Trimble R1 and external Juniper Geode. Unfortunately I dont have a GG04 to test with but it should behave similar to the Geode. I am attaching an example from my iphone and geode setup.

Hi @AmyGrossman , You can use your own ID field but this must be established when creating the Relationship class between the layer/table or layer/layer. We recommend using GlobalID/GUID because it is auto generated and guaranteed to be unique. When using your own ID field it is up to the user to populate this field and can lead to errors and broken/orphaned records if the ID is incorrectly entered or not entered at all. Regards, Colin

Hi @jorisfrenkel , The Bug for Collector (BUG-000131801) was not addressed and is still open. The only app this issue was "fixed" on was Collector Classic where a custom keyboard solution was added. This solution is not ideal for a number of reasons so it has not been implemented for the newer Collector or Field Maps. If you are seeing this on Field Maps and not Collector on the same devices, it could warrant its own Bug. What devices are you using and what is the default keyboard? Thanks! Colin

That is strange and perhaps its specific to iPad (I dont have one available at the moment); have you tried another type of device? I tried with an iPhone and Trimble R1 unit and I see units reported under a meter while in compass mode and a DGPS fix. See attached. What type of external GPS are you using? What do your Units settings look like in the app? I am using "Metric" and Automatic for everything else. Thanks!

That seems odd. We should maintain stored packages through an update. I just tried side loading some tpks on 21.3 and upgraded to 21.4 and didnt see any issues. Have you plugged the device in to confirm the packages are still in the basemaps folder? Is the map you have open perhaps in a different coordinate system? When you say Dark Canvas I assume you are referring to the esri basemap? As long as you are connected to the internet the esri basemaps in the default gallery should load in completely when selected.

Hi @SandraDalton , What is the behavior as you approach the point? Does the compass mode turn off or does the reading not report a distance under 1m? Also please let me know the version of Field Maps you are using along with the device type. Thanks! Regards, Colin

Hi @JordanWhitt , Can you confirm what platform you are seeing this on (iOS or Android)? Do you see with with an Offline map or Online? It sounds like its multiple tpks that this has happened to but please confirm this as well. Thanks Regards, Colin
