Total agree with this. I'm facing the same issue now as I don't want group creation to run rampant just because a named user (group manager) of a group for the purpose of management of content has the privilege to create/delete groups. These types of functions (eg. create, delete) are clearly for the named users with elevated privileges for portal governance

Filip, I believe you have missed steps when creating/publishing the UN service. You don't need to add Global IDs, editing tracking as this is all managed when creating/publishing for the Utility Network. There is a check box when publishing in ArcGIS Pro for Version Management, etc. Good luck

The claims section in Azure AD was altered and now showing in the format of <domain>/<groupname> which works a treat.

Total agree with this and believe Esri Inc need to release the next parts AD/SAML functionality ASAP. I'm happy they have a road map for implementation but not a road map of implementing a small feature, taking a 2-3year hiatus, next small enhancement, etc, etc. They've made the commitment and lets see it fully implemented of 2-3 releases unless there is a technology limitation

Filip, I'm working on a Utility Network project and we have created a read only user within SQL Server 2016 to access the schema that the utility network resides in. This was development by our implementation partner SQL to execute USE [<db_name>] CREATE USER [<RO username>] FOR LOGIN [<RO username>] WITH DEFAULT_SCHEMA=[<UN schema name>] GRANT SELECT ON SCHEMA :: [<UN schema name>] TO [<RO username>] Good luck

Ryan, It's just the way Esri has done the security model relating to the UtilityNetwork. You'll have to log in as the user who created the UtilityNetwork. There is a tool to transfer ownership but it's a pain to use, stopping/starting service, etc.

Will, Is there any limit on how far the scale can be? In your example of 0.01 decimal degree, this would be approx. 1 sq kilometre. I would be thinking of 1 sq metre (similar to 1 sq feet in Naperville demo data) so the factor would need to be around 0.00001. Good work on the testing so far. Thanks
