Thanks, Jordan. My services are hosted in the data store, so I have to stop them via the REST Admin page. This did not seem to help however.

Hi James, I am replicating this issue with beta version 3.5.124 and Portal 10.7. No start or end questions, but I do have type time. Publishing services have been restarted using Server Admin. Server Logs only report that the Manage Feature Service failed. ERROR: Table not found. Failed to execute (Manage Feature Service). Server Logs only report that the Manage Feature Service failed. I also see that the feature class and tables from the survey are not being created. Even though that step in the survey publishing appears to have worked. Service is created without any layers/tables. My survey is large - around 400+ inputs in the survey. *** UPDATE *** I was about to post the above when I thought of testing this. I removed 300+ inputs from my survey (easy to do with my survey containing many groups - I simply cut/paste them to an excel file). I then successfully published the survey. Because my service was created, I then copied back in the 300+ inputs I originally removed, and republished the survey, selecting the option to add all of the new fields to my existing service. It's been about 1 hour and it's still on this action: I cancelled that process, closed Survey123 Connect, reopened, removed 200+ of the 300+ inputs I tried to add, and started the process again. No improvement. So perhaps it is a limitation in survey size, however I doubt that is a Survey123 limitation vs. an ArcGIS Server limitation like heap size or something of the likes. I'll continue testing to see if I can get more inputs added. Thanks, Chris B.

I actually found a work around to get 3.3.51 to work. I have to right-click and run the program with the High-performance Graphics Processor. Strange - I never had this issue with earlier versions of Survey123 Connect.

I recently installed Survey123 Connect 3.3.51 and now the application continually freezes. Is there a repo with earlier versions of Survey123 Connect available? The Classic version is too early as I need a 3.x version given some of the functionality in my XLS Form. I was hoping I still had my 3.1.x version on my machine but I do not.

I would like to improve on how I use choice filters containing many choice values. Currently if I have choices that need to be available for more than one choice, I simply replicate the choice line and change the choice_filter value. Example. type name label choice_filter select_multiple datagroup sel_datagroup Select all datasets you manage: begin_group group_addresspoints Address Point information: select_multiple qaqc sel_ap_qaqc Select the QA/QC procedures you currently use: datagroup=selected(${sel_datagroup},name) end_group begin_group group_centerlines Centerline information: select_multiple qaqc sel_c_qaqc Select the QA/QC procedures you currently use: datagroup=selected(${sel_datagroup},name) end_group begin_group group_taxparcels Tax Parcel information: select_multiple qaqc sel_tp_qaqc Select the QA/QC procedures you currently use: datagroup=selected(${sel_datagroup},name) end_group list_name name label datagroup datagroup Address_Points Address Points datagroup Centerlines Centerlines datagroup Tax_Parcels Tax Parcels qaqc Data_Reviewer Data Reviewer Address_Points qaqc Data_Reviewer Data Reviewer Centerlines qaqc Data_Reviewer Data Reviewer Tax Parcels qaqc Internal_Address_Standards Internal Address Standards Address_Points qaqc Internal_Address_Standards Internal Address Standards Centerlines qaqc Check_Overlapping_Boundaries Check Overlapping Boundaries Tax Parcels However, I have MANY more possibilities to account for (according to my 6th grade math skills, roughly 4,000 more rows). So what I want to do is something like this: type name label choice_filter select_multiple datagroup sel_datagroup Select all datasets you manage: begin_group group_addresspoints Address Point information: select_multiple qaqc sel_ap_qaqc Select the QA/QC procedures you currently use: datagroup="All" or datagroup="Addressing" end_group begin_group group_centerlines select_multiple qaqc sel_c_qaqc Select the QA/QC procedures you currently use: datagroup="All" or datagroup="Addressing" end_group begin_group group_taxparcels select_multiple qaqc sel_tp_qaqc Select the QA/QC procedures you currently use: datagroup="All" or datagroup="Boundaries" end_group list_name name label datagroup datagroup Address_Points Address Points datagroup Centerlines Centerlines datagroup Tax_Parcels Tax Parcels qaqc Data_Reviewer Data Reviewer All qaqc Internal_Address_Standards Internal Address Standards Addressing qaqc Check_Overlapping_Boundaries Check Overlapping Boundaries Boundaries I have tried every configuration I could think of to no avail. Is this possible? Thanks, Chris B.

Hi Kelly, I was able to get it working with the following workflow. Create a new SD from a new map in ArcGIS Pro 2.2.x. Also, do not use an imported map from ArcMap (if anyone can tell me why, you get a cookie - this is baffling me). Uninstall ArcGIS Pro 2.2.x (I used 2.2.3). Install ArcGIS Pro 2.1.x (I used 2.1.0). Publish SD to ArcGIS Online using script above. I still had issues with relationship names. I fixed this using the admin REST operations to delete from definition the relationships then add to definition the relationships with the correct names. This is NOT a fun process, and you need to make sure both the service and all layers have their definitions updated accordingly. This was certainly not an intuitive process, but I was forced to figure it out due to a project I was working on. Hope this helps others. Thanks, Chris B.

I was able to get a service definition created and published to AGOL using this approach, but there are a few issues I am dealing with. Many issues around relationships. The relationships in my data are not all created. Only the Parent relationships show up in the definition for each, but when I go to the Child element definition, it does not have the relationship referenced back to the Parent. The relationships have no name value, this breaks many applications trying to read the relationships from the definition (i.e. Survey123). Script hates an SD from ArcMap. This issue stems from another existing issue where publishing a service from ArcGIS Pro drops domains from data. The only valid workaround is the publish from ArcMap - which preserves the entire schema. The only issue though is an SD from made in ArcMap =/= an SD from ArcGIS Pro. So that means you can't simply overwrite the service in AGOL if the service was originally created in ArcMap (such as ones that were published to get around the other glaring issue of publishing from ArcGIS Pro). I certainly appreciate that this work around exists, but unless I can address the issues above, I'm still left wanting for a simplistic and full-picture resolution.

I am using a pulldata() function to call a JavaScript function that does a spatial query of a geopoint against a REST endpoint and return a field value. This works great for some users, but not all users. For others, they only see an 'Extensions Disabled' message. I saw this forum posthttps://community.esri.com/thread/219055-launching-survey-123-with-a-url-from-the-workforce-field-map-works-on-ios-but-not-android but we are seeing the issue with iOS as well. Is this just a bug?

Hi Katherine, When you unfederated, did you have an issue with items missing, or services in web maps not working because their item IDs had changed? Were you able to simply to go the Portal Admin page, unfederate, then federate again in the Portal organization settings? Thanks, Chris B.
