Hi, I'm currently the administrator of my organization's ArcGIS Online Account (and luckily, not the only one!) Over the years, we have built applications that integrate WebApps, Collector, S123 etc... Some of these are very sensitive to changes in folder structure. I want my current organization to be able to delete my account and reuse it for another employee. Doing so will require us to change all of the ownership of items in my folder(s) to another account and we're really worried about breaking existing workflows/apps. Has anyone else have experience in a change of ownership of this extent? Did you break apps? If you did, how did you fix them and what would you do different next time? Does ESRI have a "best practices" to follow for this kind of situation? Thanks!!

Oh now I have another question - when I downloaded the default World Dark Gray, I got a .tpk in my contents tree. When I pulled in a custom vector basemap I had made in the vector editor online, it downloaded a .vtpk and it's in my temp folder... Did I do something wrong? How do I get that custom basemap over to my developer?

Can you create a custom vector basemap and create tile packages for offline use in a custom application? We're working on a mobile app and we currently use Mapbox for the custom basemap. We want to switch to @ESRI products but we aren't sure if we can do the same thing that we can with the Mapbox tiles. Because I'm not a developer, I'm having a hard time finding what is the proper documentation for how to do this (if it's possible.) Can someone tell me if this is possible? Can someone point me to the proper documentation? THANKS!!!!! Please halp. #basemap #custom #offline #mapbox #esri #tilepackage

I'm looking for help from the GIS Brain Trust on how to generate a popup when a raster value is "found" within a polygon. Essentially what I'm looking to do is use the live doppler feed and when it passes over a watershed and contains a pixel value >x it would generate a popup with a message. Is this even possible in ArcGIS Online? I'm using the NEXRAD from Living Atlas and a watershed boundary that I'm hosting on AGOL. Thoughts?

Today I'm not having an issue.. soooo... who knows! I'm inquiring with the ranger who originally reported it to me. Will keep you posted. Either way, the fix we found yesterday was to navigate to ArcGIS Online 1st, log in there, then nav to the hub page and it worked fine. It just seemed to be (maybe a cache?) issue with navigating to the hub page directly.

I've got a question related to this - as Andrew Davis points out, the original owner's content does not contain the Map Tour Layer. If I'm reading this correctly, then what's happening is that we're searching for a layer in an AGOL folder and we are expecting it to show up like any other kind of feature layer. Instead, the only way to see that a layer exists is to open the Web Map that actually derives the Web Map Application (Story Map Tour.) At that point, there's no option to open the details or download the "feature layer." So where does this feature layer actually sit? If someone derives the Story Map Tour locations from a csv and it shows up in a Web Map, but not any folders then how do we get to it and manipulate it like any other feature layer?

I noticed recently that if I attempt to log in directly to an organizational hub page from an iPhone 6 and an iPhone 8, the site says "Access Denied" without ever showing me the log in screen. However, if I go to ArcGIS Online, log in, and then navigate to the hub page, it works just fine. FYI in case others run in to this!

Hi, I'm working on creating 3 pages for our open data site. When I click "View Site" from the editor toolbar for any of the given pages, it gives me a 404 Error. I tried just copying and pasting the below URL directly and it still gave me a 404 error. I'm in Google Chrome. Example: http://tnstateparks-tdec.opendata.arcgis.com/pages/apps What am I doing wrong?!

Hello - looking for some help on how to classify las overlap in ArcGIS Pro. When I run this tool is gives me the dreaded 99999 error and says "unable to edit the compressed file." When I check the properties of my las dataset it says all the files are zlas.... soooo... My question is... how do I get this tool to work? How do I decompress the zlas to las and is that even the root of the problem getting the Classify las to Overlap tool to work? Thanks in advance!

I DID get the expected result when I tested. I also got the expected result when I just looked at the value that the datediff gave me. It was just when it was applied it didn't seem to actually effect the symbology. This morning I took Xander Bakker's advice and used a different var in place of "diff" and YES - this seemed to work, but only after I switched my > to a < Then I just set the wording in the symbology to make it all look kosher. So. Yea. THANKS EVERYONE!!

Below there are two dates filled in for last survey date (a date field that I added after the feature service was published to AGOL as a hosted FS.) These two survey dates are attributes in two of the red grids above it. Here's the expression:
