I noticed recently that if I attempt to log in directly to an organizational hub page from an iPhone 6 and an iPhone 8, the site says "Access Denied" without ever showing me the log in screen. However, if I go to ArcGIS Online, log in, and then navigate to the hub page, it works just fine. FYI in case others run in to this!

Hi Sunny Fleming‌ - thanks for reaching out!  I just tried reproducing this myself but wasn't successful.  Is there a URL to the Hub page you could share?

Let us know if you are still experiencing an issue, we did push an update recently to circumvent a potentially related issue.

Today I'm not having an issue.. soooo... who knows! I'm inquiring with the ranger who originally reported it to me. Will keep you posted. 

Either way, the fix we found yesterday was to navigate to ArcGIS Online 1st, log in there, then nav to the hub page and it worked fine. It just seemed to be (maybe a cache?) issue with navigating to the hub page directly.
