I recently needed to share an image of a model in modelbuilder to an external client who does not have ESRI software. Through the model builder tab > Model > Export I created a PDF of the model. It all looked fine for me. So I attached it to an email and sent it to the client. For them the text looked like morse code so the PDF was useless. It appears that the export process does not embed fonts and there is no UI for adjusting options when exporting to PDF in model builder. I asked the ESRI document assistant AI and that confirms its a lack of embedded fonts but erroneously points you to the export tool under the share tab in ArcPro. So my idea is simply if you are not going to expose PDF options such as embedding fonts through that export button on the model builder tab then please embed fonts as a default so people can actually read the model! As it stands if your clients don't have those fonts (and not everyone has ESRI software) then sharing a PDF of the model is completely pointless as no one can read it.

That wont make much sense if you are importing multiple shapefiles in one hit which are from different folders with different schemas. Why not just use the Export Features tool as you show as a way of importing into a geodatabase?

In ArcPro having navigated to the main Project options section, there is the info section where one can edit the metadata for the project, one such thing is the summary section. In the metadata editor section the summary allows up to 2048 characters as shown below If you type out a reasonably long summary (but less than the maximum character limit), when you go back to the Info section the text is truncated and one cannot read the full summary. The idea is to improve the UI of the info section to allow word wrapping so that users can actually read the summary!

This is a good idea, I too would like to be able to group maps into a "folder" under the Maps node in the Catalog Pane. As a use case scenario I am mapping the output of a tool called Tuflow. I have multiple rasters for different scenarios. It would help with organising the many maps I need to create which become map frames in a layout. Grouping them in some way would be very helpful.

@SantiagoGonzalez_Arriola , nice one! If you go to the help file for the tool at the bottom of every page is a "Feedback on this topic?" link. This appears the only way that we the end user can inform ESRI that the help page is incorrect or missing something useful. You should submit via that link your discovery on the incorrect keywords and point them to this thread.

Out of curiosity have you tried this approach with significantly larger datasets? For example hundreds of thousands of points and a polygon with thousands of holes? Or do you recommend this approach with smaller datasets?

Sometimes it hard to discern the exact parameter order/structure a tool requires, especially when they take complex parameters like value tables. A trick is to run the tool in ArcPro; set it up as you want creating the output you desire. Then in the History pane right click on the run tool and choose copy python command. Paste that into notepad and you see exactly how the tool was called, including how it structures any parameters.

Your administrator needs to log into AGOL and reset your login privileges. This they could do through any browser anywhere. So they don't have the excuse of not being able to do it if on leave, unless they are in the middle of a Jungle...

Reviewing the source code of the tool the error line is to do with updating the progress bar, a fairly innocuous bit of the tool. It also has no error capturing (which is a bit slack of ESRI for a system tool) so that hints towards an issue with the data itself. You give no indication in your question the size of the table you are converting and what its source format is? Are you pre-selecting rows to avoid null values, have you even quality controlled your input data?

I think @Scott_Harris might be on to something with regards to the symbology. A simple line has these cartographic settings, do you have anything else turned on? As he suggested, try adding the layers directly from their geodatabase into a new map and see how the editing behaves then? Don't simply copy the layer into a new blank map as you'll be inheriting the symbology, you want to try this with default symbology to nail down the issue.

If you have left any selections on or set environment settings such as processing extent then this could lead to the scenario you are experiencing. Without further details and a repeatable sample it will be difficult for anyone to nail down the issue. May be its a database issue, you say nothing about the source of your datasets, e.g are they hosted feature layers or a shapefile on onedrive... Very different

It's unclear what you are describing. You say "you have to" but does that actually snap the pipe to the manhole so you are drawing your pipes correctly? I would capture a short video of what your problem is and upload that to this thread. I often screenTogif for such things.

It would help if you explain what version you upgraded to. Also, not describing what is actually happening when you you are "having problems" and saying things like "I have tried everything" really does not explain or begin to give the user community a chance to help you. You need to add a lot more detail.

I wish to add to this thread and say I too have experienced this problem in past versions of ArcPro and also the very latest (3.5). It's really frustrating and makes using raster functions a pointless endeavour when the next time you open your project the layer is broken. @KoryKramer can you give the team behind raster functions a prod to ensure they are at least looking into the issue. A simple use case scenario is load a DEM, run the hill shade raster function, admire the beauty of it, save the project, close arcpro, open arcpro, hey presto hill shade layer is broken. No one should be implementing the work around that @WJWalko has suggested. Or if this is an issue that cannot be fixed because of how raster functions work, then a warning in help file with advice outlining @WJWalko approach would be helpful.
