Hi Mark,  I checked the widget in Portal 10.7.1, In both Chrome and Firefox the drawing tools seem to be working as expected. I would suggest that you reach out to esri Tech Support, they can help you resolve any issue that might be causing this in your portal. Thanks Aziza ... View more

Hi Francisco, We have added this functionality in ArcGIS Online 8.2,  which is scheduled to be released in few weeks. The new  functionality will allow you to interactively select multiple records by using Shift + Click. Hi Mark, Could you check if the feature layer is configured as search layer, the selection drawing tool works on the configured feature layer only (attached screenshot). It was fixed in October 2019 and 2.15 have the fix. I am wondering if the app is cached in the browser, could you please try few things for me? 1) Clear browser cache or use a different browser  2) If you open dev tool, in the console you should be able to see the dev version, could you double check that version and make sure it shows 2.15 version. if all these are fine and still see the issue, could you please share your app with me?
