Hi @JaimeSF_EsriSpain, The amount of metrics data that you can retrieve through collection feature services is intentionally capped at 1 day's worth of data to avoid putting a massive amount of strain on the database. Hi @JaimeSF_EsriSpain, In Monitor we see all the metrics records, but if we create a Collection, we only see the metrics from the previous day without setting any date When you say "Collection", are you referring to the Collections Overview page (below).. Or are you referring to querying the data through a collection feature service? Josh

@AravinthkumarBalasubramanian, One possibility is that there are incorrect credentials stored for the Portal for ArcGIS component. This would cause the observers to not be able to connect to the component which would result in the connectivity metric reporting 0%. You can update the credentials for the component by going to the Settings page and clicking Edit under Connection: If you are still seeing this behavior after updating the component credentials, then there must be some other automated process trying to log in with invalid credentials, like FME workbench. Hi @Tobias_Gerber, The underlying issue is that, for reasons unknown, the ArcGIS Server site sometimes has trouble cataloging its services which results in the site responding to requests from ArcGIS Monitor with unexpected payloads, which then results in the behavior you have noted. Because of this unpredictability on the ArcGIS Server side, there is no current workaround in Monitor. The fix in the next version of Monitor involves handling these unexpected responses more gracefully (a.k.a. not deleting service components every time an unexpected payload is processed), but it is still possible that ArcGIS Server responds in this unexpected way. Hi @Timothy, Is there any avenues to change the logging location to postgres or a file on the system that's not SQL? This is not possible at the current release. If you'd like to see this feature, please submit it as an idea. Can the new API for ArcGIS Monitor obtain these logs? Yes, but it's important to keep in mind that the API is currently in beta and is not documented. Here's a quick example of how to query logs: POST /arcgis/admin/logs/query HTTP/1.1

} What is the default connection settings for the sqllite database (user, pw, port) and does it have an active listening connector? ArcGIS Monitor records logs in a SQLite database which is stored on the file system. There is no username, password, or port used to connect. Josh
