Mark, Did you rebuild the relationship class after you made that field uneditable? I'm not sure if this will solve the issue, but it's just a thought. -Josh

Mark, Is the foreign key an editable field? If so, this is a known issue and a defect has been written for it. If you manually remove the contents of that field and repopulate it with the same information, the related record should submit successfully. BUG-000119842: Submitting related records fails with the error message, "The data type are incompatible" in Collector for ArcGIS (iOS) if the relationship is between the feature class ObjectID and an editable field in the related table. -Josh

Hey Mark, Can you give me a little more information about the relationship class? What types of fields (e.g. ObjectID, Long, Short, etc.) specifically is the relationship class built on? -Josh

Strange! I can't seem to reproduce this issue. Maybe try including the fully qualified domain name of the web server machine? (http://<machineName>.<domain>.com/<restOfURL>)

Jeff, Hmm. I just tested linking a PDF hosted on my web server and "More Info" is showed in the pop-up. (Please correct me if I misunderstand the issue at hand) What do your pop-up settings look like? Mine are currently set to display a list of field attributes. Maybe try: A different browser (e.g. Chrome, Firefox, etc.) Clearing the browser cache. -Josh

Is that particular database validating through Server Manager? (Server Manager > Site > Data Stores > Validate). If not, try removing the broken connection and re-registering.

Hey Karla. It looks like the icons are stored in their respective widgets' folder at the location C:\Program Files\ArcGIS\Portal\apps\webappbuilder\stemapp\widgets. Open the folder for the desired widget and you'll find the icon in the images folder. Hope this helps! -Josh

What if you simply copy the feature class from the FGDB to the server, instead of attempting to reference it? If you are able to copy data to the server, I suspect something is up with the PublishingToolsEx service. Can you verify that this service is running? This service is hidden from Server Manager and the only way to check it's status is through the Server Admin endpoint. -Josh

Yes, you would have to access the non-default website from a port other than 80, since 80 is the port used by the default website. I've never attempted adding another site to my IIS but I would proceed with caution. There are many configurations that you need to make in order for it to work as expected. iis - What, exactly, is "Default Website"? - Super User

Jeff, Hmm. We're getting toward the edge of my expertise, but a quick Google search returned this StackOverflow link, which points to a permissions issue on behalf of the local IIS account. Hope this helps! Thanks, Josh

Hey Callum, Currently, ArcGIS Online groups are identified in the URL by a unique group ID and as of right now, the URLs cannot be customized. If you'd like to see this implemented in a future release, I recommend posting it in ArcGIS Ideas. Best, Josh

Jeff, Nope, the physical path should be the top-level folder. For example, if my machine name is josh-machine and I had the image dog.jpg stored in the physical path C:\virtDir\images, I can add C:\virtDir as a Virtual Directory and the image will be available through the URL http://josh-machine/virtDir/images/dog.jpg. Hey Sovan, Some more troubleshooting steps: In ArcMap, click Geoprocessing > Results > Current Session > Upload Service Definition > Messages. Do you see any more descriptive error messages here? Re-establish the server connection (Catalog > GIS Servers > Add Server...) and try publishing through the new connection. Check the status of PublishingTools through ArcGIS Server Manager. Copy the feature class to a file geodatabase and try publishing from there. -Josh

Hi Laura, In order for the OS Open Basemaps to appear in the basemap gallery in ArcGIS Pro, you need to make them available as a basemap in ArcGIS Online. To do so, you will need to create a new group that will serve as your basemap repository. Change the basemap group for your ArcGIS Online organization. Sign into ArcGIS Online as an administrator > Groups > Create Group. Give your group a descriptive name and tags. Select the following settings: Who can view this group? Everyone (public) Who can join this group? Only those invited by a group manager Who can contribute to this group? Group members What items in the group can its members update? Only their own items Click Create Group. Click Organization > Settings > Map. Click the dropdown and select the group you created in step 4. If desired, check the box for "Share the Esri default basemaps to the group when you click Save." Next, you need to create a web map with the desired service as the basemap. Obtain the service URL of the service you wish to use as a basemap. For this example, I'll use the OS Open Grey with Labels. http://tiles.arcgis.com/tiles/qHLhLQrcvEnxjtPr/arcgis/rest/services/OS_Open_Greyscale_2/MapServer In ArcGIS Online, create a new web map. Click Add > Add Layer from the Web. In the URL box, paste the service URL. Check the box for "Use as Basemap" and click Add Layer. Save > Save. Give the web map a descriptive name and tags. Click Share and select the group that now serves as the organization's basemap gallery. Click OK. The web map should now appear when you browse for basemaps in your ArcGIS Online organization in the map viewer as well as in ArcGIS Pro, given you are signed in with a member of the same organization. Hope this helps! -Josh
