Eric, Please refer to the documentation below, which lists examples for each of Portal's authentication schemes. Working with different authentication schemes Since you do not log into Portal with a password, you are most likely using Integrated Windows Authentication or SAML. Adam, Attachments are enabled on those feature classes. If you do not need attachments, right-click on the feature class and click "Delete Attachments". This will remove the corresponding relationship class and table. Remove Attachments—Data Management toolbox | ArcGIS Desktop -Josh

Hey Chris, Does your Portal use Integrated Windows Authentication? If so, try replacing the URL with the fully qualified domain name and port number. (https://portalMachine.domain:7443/arcgis/home) You should not be automatically authenticated as the viewer account when using this URL. -Josh

Hi Andrew, It doesn't look like there are any keys to modify the sharing settings of items added using gis.content.add, but you can modify the share settings after the item is added using: item.share(<share settings here>) Share maps and layers | ArcGIS for Developers -Josh

Jay, At this point I think it would be best if you opened a case with Esri Support, if possible. It looks like the cause of this issue is deeper than I originally thought. -Josh

Jay, Everything seems to be in check as far as the content goes. I suspect something went wrong during the deployment. Please deploy a fresh copy of the solution following my steps above and see if the issue persists. -Josh

The steps above should deploy a fresh copy of the solution and not touch the items from the original deployment. Hmm strange. Before deploying a fresh copy of the solution, can you post a screenshot of the Settings page for the ElectionGeography feature layer?

Jay, Strange... none of the feature layers are "hosted". Something may have went wrong during the deployment. Can you try deploying a fresh copy to see if the issue persist? To deploy a fresh copy: In ArcGIS Pro, click Share > ArcGIS Solutions. Click the hamburger icon and ensure that "Use Existing Items in the Organization" is unchecked. 3. Select the solution and click Deploy. 4. Navigate to the Item Details page of the new feature layer. Is this new layer hosted? If so, are you able to add new fields to it? Please let me know if you have any questions regarding this workflow. -Josh

Jennifer, You could define a list of usernames you wish to exclude, and do something like this: userNames = [u.Name for u in userList] exclusion_list = ["Josh", "Jennifer"] for name in userNames: if name in exclusion_list: userNames.remove(name) emailList = [name + '@myorganization.com' for name in userNames] Hope this helps! -Josh

Michael, It doesn't look like it's possible to query credit usage per user at this time using the ArcGIS API for Python. However, I definitely see how this could be useful. Please create a new post under ArcGIS Ideas requesting this functionality. https://community.esri.com/community/arcgis-ideas -Josh
